Korker¹⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 9-7| J: Pierre-Louis Jamin⁽³⁾| T: K R Burke| OR: 92| D

10/3

Tough and likeable type who had a couple of excuses prior to recording a personal best for win number 3 on nursery debut at Haydock a fortnight ago. 4 lb rise unlikely to prevent bold follow-up bid.

Instinctive Move¹⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 9-5| J: P Hanagan| T: C G Cox| OR: 90| BF| D

9/1

Looked potentially useful when making a winning debut at Bath. Came unstuck in listed event at Sandown next time but back on track in nurseries, keeping on for third behind Korker at Haydock.

Form: 15423

(11)

Navello¹³

Age: 2| Weight: 9-3| J: Nicola Currie| T: G Boughey| OR: 88| D

7/1

Quickly made up into a useful 2-y-o in the spring, completing a hat-trick (5f) in May. Struggled up in grade since after but gelded and much more like it when second on nursery debut 13 days ago.

Lady Of Yapham²⁰

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: G Lee| T: B Smart| OR: 87| D

16/1

Left previous efforts behind when impressive winner of a Catterick maiden in August. Stiff task and weakened out of things at Ayr 3 weeks ago and quickly back over the minimum trip.

Form: 6410

(5)

Maybe Even Never³⁹

Age: 2| Weight: 8-12| J: Phil Dennis| T: N Tinkler| OR: 83

11/1

Unlikely sort on paper but unbeaten in 2 starts over 6f in August, latterly dead-heating at Ripon. Drop back in trip isn't an obvious move and opening mark looks stiff.

Form: 11

(1)

Catch Cunningham²⁷

Age: 2| Weight: 8-10| J: T Eaves| T: K A Ryan| OR: 81| D

14/1

Off the mark at the third attempt in novice company at Newcastle in June. Looked to be building up to something in nurseries and this track will suit.

Form: 631733

(2)

Russellinthebushes¹⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 8-8| J: J F Egan| T: P D Evans| OR: 79| D

11/1

Speedy 2-y-o claimed from Tom Dascombe after narrow defeat at Catterick. No chance in Super Sprint on debut for this yard but did finally get off the mark at Chester. Behind a couple of these latest.

Form: 520214

(4)

Josies Kid^p⁶⁰

Age: 2| Weight: 8-4| J: K T O'Neill| T: Alice Haynes| OR: 75| BF

13/2

Placed on last 3 starts over 5f, most recently in first-time cheekpieces at Ripon in August. Gelded since last seen and opening mark calls for more.

Form: 7233

(8)

Hi Meh Darling²⁶

Age: 2| Weight: 8-2| J: A Mullen| T: I Jardine| OR: 73

11/1

Fair filly but she remains a maiden after 8 runs. Good second of 4 in minor event at Musselburgh (5f, good to soft) last month but looks pretty exposed now.

Form: 622262

(10)

Jungle Bee^t⁹

Age: 2| Weight: 8-0| J: D Fentiman| T: T D Easterby| OR: 70

28/1

Raced in the right part of the track when second of 10 at Catterick last week. Nudged up 1 lb but this is a deeper race.

Form: 472072

(7)

Mythical Molly²⁷

Age: 2| Weight: 8-0| J: L Morris| T: B Ellison| OR: 70| D

15/2

Back in trip and much improved on nursery debut when successful at Musselburgh a month ago. That race is working out well so she's one to take seriously.

Form: 02741

(6)

Bay Breeze²³

Age: 2| Weight: 8-0| J: J Quinn| T: T D Easterby| OR: 68| D

12/1

Career best when winning 8-runner maiden at Beverley (5f, good to soft) 23 days ago, always holding on. This asks a different question back in a nursery.

Forecasts

Korker (10/3), Josies Kid (13/2), Navello (7/1), Mythical Molly (15/2), Instinctive Move (9/1), Hi Meh Darling (11/1), Russellinthebushes (11/1), Maybe Even Never (11/1), Bay Breeze (12/1), Catch Cunningham (14/1), Lady Of Yapham (16/1), Jungle Bee (28/1)

This could be a red-hot nursery, with marginal preference for KORKER, who created a very favourable impression at Haydock and this speed-favouring track will be right up his street. Catch Cunningham is also threatening to come good in a nursery, with Mythical Molly also interesting at the foot of the weights.
