Age: 3| Weight: 9-7| J: D Allan| T: T D Easterby| OR: 85| D

13/2

Bagged 6f wins at Southwell and Thirsk this spring. Found out at Class 2 level twice since may fare better back in a lower grade.

Form: 4-21100

Digital⁴⁴

Age: 3| Weight: 9-6| J: T Eaves| T: K A Ryan| OR: 84

4/1

Stepped up on any of his juvenile form when narrowly denied on 5f Ayr reappearance 44 days ago. That form looks solid enough (winner good second both starts since). Considered.

Form: 22160-2

(1)

Letmelivemylife⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 9-6| J: Oisin Murphy| T: A King| OR: 84

15/2

Improved effort on return when landing 8-runner handicap at Wolverhampton (7f) in March. Shaped as if needing run switched to turf at Newmarket (6f) just over 12 weeks later. Unexposed.

Form: 133-15

(2)

Prince Of Abington⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 9-5| J: David Egan| T: Jane Chapple-Hyam| OR: 83| D

14/1

Dual 6f winner in 2020. Resumed with very good second of 9 in handicap (12/1) at Lingfield (6f, AW) in May but needs to shrug off a lesser run at Newmarket since.

Form: 6161-27

(4)

Out The Hat²³

Age: 3| Weight: 9-5| J: J Garritty| T: Jedd O'Keeffe| OR: 83| D

11/1

Both wins over 6f at Hamilton, the second one when making all in 6-runner handicap 23 days ago. Did that a shade cosily but is in a deeper race now.

Form: 323-701

(6)

Churchill Bay¹⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: H Crouch| T: C G Cox| OR: 80

14/1

Fairly useful maiden. Good fourth in 6f Windsor handicap 18 days ago, making his effort earlier than ideal. Still unexposed after only 5 starts.

Form: 420-44

(10)

J R Cavagin¹⁷

Age: 3| Weight: 9-1| J: D Tudhope| T: P T Midgley| OR: 79

28/1

Looked progressive when winning 2 of his 3 starts as a juvenile but he only managed to beat one home on last month's Thirsk reappearance. Will need to leave that run well behind.

Form: 611-9

(13)

Temple Bruer²⁰

Age: 3| Weight: 9-1| J: Saffie Osborne⁽⁵⁾| T: E Walker| OR: 79| D

4/1

Winner around 6f at Doncaster and Bath this season. Up another 4 lb in a deeper race now but he was readily on top at Bath.

Form: 328-101

(11)

Pockley⁶

Age: 3| Weight: 9-1| J: Mark Crehan⁽³⁾| T: R Fell & S Murray| OR: 79| BF| D

9/2

Dual nursery winner at Newcastle last year who has largely performed with credit in defeat this season, including third at Doncaster latest. Does need a bit more from this mark, though.

Form: 636323

(3)

Royal Musketeer¹⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 8-13| J: K Shoemark| T: C Hills| OR: 77| D

12/1

Right back on song when coming from last to first to land 6f handicap at Ripon a month ago but does need to shrug off a disappointing run at Windsor since.

Form: 415-019

Forecasts

Temple Bruer (4/1), Digital (4/1), Fools Rush In (4/1), Pockley (9/2), Barney's Bay (13/2), Letmelivemylife (15/2), Fantasy Master (8/1), Out The Hat (11/1), Royal Musketeer (12/1), Prince Of Abington (14/1), Churchill Bay (14/1), Velocistar (20/1), J R Cavagin (28/1)

FANTASY MASTER looked a bit unfortunate not to win at Royal Ascot so looks well worth siding with off just 1 lb higher now. Digital ran a blinder on his Ayr reappearance and will be a threat if in similar form, while Letmelivemylife shaped as if needing the run after a break last time and remains unexposed, particularly as a sprinter.
