Pink Flamingo⁸

Age: 5| Weight: 9-12| J: William Carson| T: M J Attwater| OR: 63| CD

4/1

C&D winner. Twenty-two runs since last win in 2019. Last of 6 in handicap (10/3) at Windsor (5.1f, good to firm) 8 days ago and others make more appeal.

Form: 9780-66

Thegreyvtrain¹⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 9-10| J: Jason Watson| T: R Harris| OR: 61| D

4/1

Latest win at Windsor in April. 33/1, respectable fifth of 9 in handicap at Chepstow (5.1f, good to firm) 10 days ago. Shouldn't be far away.

Form: 171655

(3)

Mahale¹⁰

Age: 3| Weight: 9-5| J: George Bass⁽⁵⁾| T: M R Channon| OR: 63

11/2

5/2, third of 5 in minor event at Doncaster (5f, good to firm) 10 days ago. Now 0-14, but she was a close third off this mark in a handicap at Windsor in April, form which entitles her to respect.

Form: 653523

Big Time Maybe^p,t¹⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 9-3| J: Grace McEntee⁽⁵⁾| T: M J Attwater| OR: 54| CD

11/4

17/2, improved on recent efforts to win 11-runner C&D handicap (good to firm) 14 days ago, soon clear. Remains feasibly treated despite 6 lb rise and he'll take some stopping if in a similar mood.

Form: 733251

(4)

One Day¹⁸

28/1

Seventh of 8 in handicap (22/1) at this course (6f, good to firm) 18 days ago. Appears to be regressing and it's easy enough to look elsewhere.

Form: 23-8507

(5)

Top Boy¹¹

Age: 11| Weight: 8-10| J: David Probert| T: A W Carroll| OR: 47| D

4/1

Fourteen runs since last win in 2019. Bit below form sixth of 12 in handicap (11/2) at Bath (5.7f, good to firm) 11 days ago. Looks vulnerable.

Forecasts

Big Time Maybe (11/4), Top Boy (4/1), Thegreyvtrain (4/1), Pink Flamingo (4/1), Mahale (11/2), Mews House (14/1), One Day (28/1)

BIG TIME MAYBE returned to form in no uncertain terms when striking over C&D under Grace McEntee a fortnight ago, and a 6 lb rise almost certainly won't be enough to stop him in his tracks if he's in a similar mood. Mahale deserves to get her head in front and is the clear main danger back in handicap company, while Thegreyvtrain should be on the premises, too.
