Fair Flat winner who gained breakthrough success in this sphere at Stratford (2m) in March. Good runner-up efforts both starts since, pulling well clear of third at Warwick last week. Big player.
Fair winning hurdler. Has struggled so far in 2021 but he was a lot shorter in the market at Warwick last week only to fall early. Interesting to see whether his supporters' return.
Much improved from reduced mark when winning 2m Southwell handicap in November. Creditable third at Taunton a month later but recent exploits following a break not so inspiring.
Hard to get excited by last season's exploits for Ella Pickard and Laura Young and would need to see market support to consider now reappearing for another new yard.
Three-time Flat winner, the latest over 11.5f at Windsor in April. Beaten a long way in 3 juvenile hurdles last season but no shock were he to fare better now handicapping in this sphere.
Modest maiden hurdler. Remote third in handicap (4/1) at Southwell (2m, heavy) when last seen in February. Needs to bounce back.
Won a 2m Newton Abbot handicap hurdle in September before a good second at Plumpton. Subsequent efforts pretty tame, although he could be sharper for a run at Taunton last month.
Winless since 2019 but he posted good second of 14 in handicap hurdle at Southwell (2m, good) last month. Fair fourth at Market Rasen last week.
Struggled for form last season but mark has come down and worth keeping a close eye on in the betting for a stable among the winners.

Forecasts
Blazing Saddles (9/4), Rod's Dream (7/2), Jobesgreen Lad (13/2), Ranco (13/2), Scotsbrook Night (8/1), Chapati (12/1), Dragon Khan (12/1), Shaw's Cross (16/1), Plenty Of Butty (20/1)
BLAZING SADDLES came clear of the third when runner-up at Warwick last week and looks to have a sound chance of going one better off the same mark (due to be raised 5 lb). Ranco could be interesting off this opening handicap hurdle mark based on his Flat ability so he looks the main threat. Shaun Lycett has been among the winners so Scotsbrook Night also needs a betting check.
- BLAZING SADDLES
- RANCO (IRE)
- SCOTSBROOK NIGHT
