Promising efforts both starts as a juvenile, fifth of 18 in maiden at Naas (8f, heavy, 15/8) in November. Will be well suited by stepping up in trip and brother to Derby winner Serpentine is a player.
5/1, sixth of 8 in maiden at Killarney (8.2f, soft) on debut. Off 6 months. Up in trip. Likely to improve.
Tenth of 14 in maiden at this course (8f, soft, 16/1) on debut, considerately handled. Off 180 days. Up in trip and worth keeping an eye on with stable having good spell.

Fastnet Rock gelding. Half-brother to high-class 1¼m-1½m winner Tarnawa. Dam winner up to 12.5f. Eye-catching pedigree and newcomer is worth looking out for, especially if market vibes are positive.
Twice-raced gelding. Blinkered for 1st time, eighth of 15 in maiden at Cork (10.1f, good to soft, 100/1) 11 days ago. Has fair bit to find.

Promising debut Killarney fifth but (5/4) last of 12 in maiden at Cork (8f, good) 7 months ago. Well worth another chance, especially now tackling middle-distances.

Forecasts
King Of The Castle (13/8), Southern Lights (4/1), Entropy (4/1), Safari Quest (8/1), Hell Bent (12/1), Yarrawonga (16/1), Tazaral (18/1), Coolcullen (20/1), Global Export (22/1), Shinpachi (28/1), Killaloan (33/1), Henry The Fifth (50/1), Optimistic Belief (66/1), Wild Dollar (80/1), South East Star (125/1), Admiral Brown (200/1), Whipsaw (200/1)
A case can be made for lots of these, but KING OF THE CASTLE gets the nod with this step up to 1m2f expected to bring about plenty of improvement for this brother to Derby victor Serpentine. Southern Lights is another colt with better days ahead of him and he is feared most with well-bred newcomers Killaloan and Tazaral worth considering too.
