Modest maiden on Flat. Looked to be going the wrong way over hurdles last year but is at least fit from a positive effort in a jumpers bumper.

Forecasts

Hudson De Grugy (4/5), Volkovka (11/4), The Worthy Brat (11/2), Marta Des Mottes (15/2), State Crown (8/1), Global Agreement (12/1)

HUDSON DE GRUGY was workmanlike when landing the odds over C&D in January, but he appeals as the sort to improve as he gains experience over hurdles and his opening mark is certainly a fair one. Volkovka has to improve but she's likely to give it a good go, while this represents a drop in class for Marta des Mottes.
