New Approach filly. Dam useful 1¼m/11f winner. Yard's newcomers often ready to roll (won this last year with debutante), though this one's year-older full brother was disappointing in 3 runs in 2020.

From a good family and caught the eye in a big way despite being easy to back in 8.6f maiden here on debut 7 weeks ago, finishing well and not knocked about. Looks sure to improve up in trip now.

Save A Forest (1/1), New Exceed (3/1), Aureum (4/1), Atacamena (9/1), Technique (10/1), Wannabe Betsy (33/1), Noir Dame (40/1), Moonlet (80/1), Swiss Time (80/1), Raajihah (200/1), Little Miss Moo (200/1), Sentilly (200/1), Mylittelriver (250/1)

Verdict

SAVE A FOREST was a huge eye-catcher on debut here 7 weeks ago, caught further back than ideal and finishing well under hand riding. She's got plenty of scope for improvement and can follow in the footsteps of her progressive full-brother Father of Jazz with victory over C&D second time up. New Exceed heads up some interesting newcomers, while Aureum can do better again for John Gosden.
