10/3

Useful mare. Two wins from 6 runs last year. 13/8, didn't need to be at best when winning 4-runner minor event at Lingfield (7f, AW) 16 days ago. The one to beat on these terms.

Form: 290181-

Forecasts

Amniarix (7/4), Shimmering Dawn (10/3), Dancing Feet (7/2), Odyssey Girl (7/1), Amber Island (11/1), Stay Classy (14/1), Starry Eyes (20/1)

On the face of it, AMNIARIX faces a tall order in her hat-trick bid, taking on Shimmering Dawn, a rival she'd meet on 16 lb better terms if this were a handicap. Conversely, the latter's 4 all-weather victories have all been gained on polytrack and, moreover, Amniarix is progressing well and may find the necessary improvement to topple James Tate's charge. Dancing Feet is best of the rest.
