Bettered previous efforts when third in 17f Sedgefield novice hurdle on final run of 2018/19 campaign. However, missed whole of last season and well held on recent comeback/handicap bow at Wetherby.
Raised his game when making a winning reappearance over C&D (heavy) last month. This 7 lb higher mark demands another personal best, but further progress is a distinct possibility.
No serious impact in bumpers and novice hurdles, and failed to complete switched to handicaps on final 2 runs of last season.
Well below par in handful of appearances last term, but he's well-handicapped on his form for Gordon Elliott and caught the eye when returning to action at Chepstow (19.4f, soft). One to consider.
Second twice over hurdles in France, but yet to reproduce that level of form on this side of the Channel and reappearance here last month was poor.
Belatedly added to first success under Rules back in 2015 when scoring at Ayr (24.3f, heavy) on latest start in March. 6 lb rise tolerable, but record when fresh doesn't augur well.
Easily best effort to date when runner-up in a mares' novice at Market Rasen (20.6f) in July (final start for Henry Daly). However, no show in 3 subsequent starts for new connections.
Has merely hinted at ability in novice events here and at Sedgefield, and needs to take a significant step forward now moving into handicap company.
Has looked pretty limited in various company and he's another who will need to improve markedly now pitched into a handicap.
Improved display on second start in cheekpieces when making all in a weak 6-runner Kelso handicap (20.9f, heavy) on final run of last season. More needed up 7 lb on this seasonal reappearance.
Successful on Irish point debut in January, but down the field on each of his 4 starts in this sphere, including on C&D handicap bow in September.
Successful over fences here off 1 lb higher mark last December, but he's 0-31 in this sphere and is likely to find a few too good.
Veteran who brought the curtain down on a long losing run when scoring over C&D (heavy) last month. 3 lb rise fair enough, but only 3 of the 14 that set out that day completed.
Sizeable step forward when runner-up in a Newcastle novice in April 2018, but has since failed to make an impact in handicaps and makes debut for new yard here following a 20-month absence.
First piece of worthwhile form when third of 13 off this mark here in September. Each-way chance of able to build on that.

Bushypark (7/4), Dequall (4/1), Cold Shoulder (11/2), Kilcaragh Boy (6/1), Oishin (14/1), Lady Vinetta (14/1), Golan Cloud (16/1), Love At Dawn (16/1), Silk Or Scarlet (16/1), Saint Jude (20/1), Wind Of Hope (28/1), Pads (40/1), Tour De Pub (40/1), Luca Brasi's Boy (50/1), Teme Spirit (50/1), Lucou (100/1), Danced Every Dance (100/1)
There were positives to glean from COLD SHOULDER's reappearance display at Chepstow and he is worth chancing in an open-looking contest. Dequall has to be feared given that he is comparatively unexposed and proved his well-being with a C&D success last month, while Saint Jude should be in the mix if building on his latest effort here.

- DEQUALL
- SAINT JUDE (IRE)
