Capped off fine 2-y-o season with a fine win in a Sales race here in 2018. Unable to add to tally since, but has offered a bit more of late in cheekpieces.
Won a brace of novice events at Southwell in 2019 and improved again when runner-up back at that venue (1m) in March. Off since and has to prove he's as effective on turf.
Landed a 1m handicap from 1 lb higher in May 2019. Unable to strike since, though shouldn't be judged too harshly on last 2 runs.
Left Richard Fahey cheaply but caused a surprise to win Newcastle maiden last month and improved again when third in a big-field handicap at York 2 weeks ago from this mark.
Stepped up on his debut in July when fourth at Kempton a month later despite still showing signs of inexperience. That race worked out well but he was never really a factor on handicap/turf debut.
Landed a Sandown handicap from 1 lb higher in July 2019 for Clive Cox but yet to find his feet for current yard.
Signed off 2-y-o season with a nursery win over 7f at Kempton in December. Gradually found his feet this term, keeping on well from an unpromising position at Wolverhampton latest.
Put her experience to good use when off the mark in a 13-runner novice at Newcastle 3 weeks ago. Quite a bit more needed back in a handicap.
Better than ever when landing a brace of 7.2f handicap at Ayr this autumn. Found only one too good in hat-trick bid 12 days ago and he remains of interest.
Latest win at Thirsk in June and quickly back on that mark following a trio of lesser efforts, the last couple back over 6f.
Has just a Southwell maiden win to his name but is in better heart than hisd form figures for this yard would suggest, not ideally placed at Ayr last time.
Hit the ground running with a brace of 7f wins this summer, latterly at this venue. Tongue tie fitted and back on her game when third at Yarmouth, which makes her of interest.
Maiden who has been off the track for 14 months. In good hands but not hard to have reservations.
Third win of 2020 in a 14-runner handicap at Pontefract (8f, heavy) at the beginning of this month. Just a respectable effort back at 7f last week.

Forecasts
The Great Heir (7/2), Capla Berry (4/1), Archaeology (7/1), Dawn Breaking (8/1), Maysong (9/1), Ugo Gregory (11/1), Super Den (11/1), Velma (14/1), Bobby Shaft (16/1), Jump The Gun (16/1), Parallel World (22/1), Magical Effect (50/1), Eligible (66/1), Corndavon Lad (100/1)
Following an unfortunate experience at Newbury, CAPLA BERRY looked back on track when third at Yarmouth 12 days ago and this C&D winner retains potential at this sort of level, She receives the vote at the chief expense of Archaeology and Bobby Shaft.
