Verdict

EDGEWOOD wasn't seen to best effect when fifth in a strong Doncaster handicap last time but had looked a sprinter on the up prior to that so is well worth siding with here under conditions that suit him very well. C&D winner Commanche Falls is sure to present a serious threat despite being upped 3 lb and Music Society, who finished just behind Michael Dods' gelding there, is also much respected.
