Improved again to make his second start in handicaps a winning one at Haydock (5f, soft) in July. Can't have been right when down the field at York since but good chance he'll bounce straight back.
Did quite well on AW towards end of 2019, winning over 5f at Wolverhampton. Off 8 months and left Keith Dalgleish, well held on 5f Thirsk return 23 days ago so needs to have come on a lot.
C&D winner. Added to tally at Newmarket (5f) in June and has largely remained in form since. Capable of getting involved.
Veteran who showed there's still plenty of life in his legs when second over C&D in July but he does need to shrug off a disappointing run in a small field at Goodwood on Wednesday.
Made all at Thirsk (5f) in July and only narrowly denied back there 23 days ago. Nudged up another 2 lb but still merits respect with Paul Hanagan a good booking for the stable.
C&D winner. 17/2, creditable fourth of 11 in handicap at Chester (6f, good to soft) 15 days ago, no extra late on. Drop back to 5f a help and he's likely to give a good account.
Pair of C&D wins this summer. Shaped as if still in good form when ninth of 13 at Thirsk latest, not knocked about as he faded.
From in-form stable and came good with C&D win this month. Got going too late at Ayr since but still looks on a workable mark and respected back here.
Good fourth on Leicester return. Struggled next 2 starts but shaped as if back in good form when prominent long way over 6f at York in first-time blinkers (retained) latest. Interesting down at 5f.
Prolific in 2018. Handicapper been winning argument since but there were better signs when fourth at Thirsk (5f) this month. Ridden too aggressively when down field at Doncaster since.
C&D winner in July and has gone close to adding to his tally here and at Doncaster since. Not at his best at Ayr last time but he's capable of bouncing back.
Catterick novice winner in June 2019 but not seen again until last of 7 in C&D handicap over 13 months later. Off a further 2 months since. Unexposed but tricky to assess at present.
Second 5f win of the season when leading close home at Doncaster this month. Never a factor in big field over 6f at Ayr but may be seen in a better light back over the minimum trip.

Forecasts
Treble Treble (7/2), Machree (6/1), Primo's Comet (15/2), Eeh Bah Gum (8/1), Royal Context (8/1), Victory Angel (9/1), Gowanbuster (9/1), Line Of Reason (14/1), Powerallied (14/1), Sound Of Iona (16/1), Duke Of Firenze (18/1), Fashion Advice (33/1), Get Boosting (80/1)
A chance is taken on TREBLE TREBLE who showed up well for a long way in a competitive race over 6f at York last time and he's well drawn against the rail here with the drop back to 5f potentially a help. Victory Angel will be a threat if reproducing the form he showed when winning in good style here 2 starts back. Powerallied and Machree are also on the shortlist.
- TREBLE TREBLE (IRE)
- VICTORY ANGEL (IRE)
- POWERALLIED (IRE)
