Got back on the up when second at Hamilton (8.3f) in July, but produced a laboured effort upped in trip and fitted with first-time cheekpieces at Goodwood since.
Won 7f Thirsk maiden in 2019. Failed to impress with his attitude on his Ayr nursery debut and probably needed the run at Catterick on return. This will reveal more. Wears first-time visor.
Bred to be useful and produced his best effort to date when second of 9 on his handicap debut at Newmarket (7f) 13 days ago, running on. Will be suited by 1m and open to further improvement.
Fair efforts all 3 starts over this trip as a juvenile. Not seen to best effect on his Chepstow handicap debut/return but ran no better here last time. Still early days but improvement needed.
Ran out a ready winner of 13-runner handicap at Newcastle when last seen 20 months ago. Has bled and has absence to overcome, but boasts a good record when fresh, so not completely ruled out.
Ran well on the back of a wind operation when fourth at Newcastle in August but wasn't in the same form back on turf at Musselburgh 15 days ago. Others preferred.
Shaped well on her Doncaster handicap debut in July, getting no sort of run at a crucial stage. Failed to build on that promise at Pontefract but did too much too soon. Has had a wind operation since.

Forecasts
Kuwait Shield (3/1), Frozen Waters (7/2), Evening Spirit (4/1), Isola Bella May (5/1), Plymouth Rock (11/2), Temper Trap (7/1), Perfect Swiss (8/1), Custard The Dragon (22/1), Servo (100/1)
FROZEN WATERS arrives on the back of a career best at Newmarket and will be suited by this step to 1m, so he's an appealing candidate. Isola Bella May did too much too soon at Pontefract and is worth another chance to progress, while Perfect Swiss had little go right at Ripon last week, so needs treating as if still in good form.
