Once-raced maiden. 7/1 and hooded, third of 8 in minor event at Chelmsford City (10f) on debut 16 days ago. That was a fair effort but this deands improvement if she's to feature.

16/1
Twice-raced maiden. Third of 7 in minor event at Newmarket (10f, good to soft, 40/1) 9 days ago, having run of race. May lack the potential of one or two here.
Timeform
€55,000 foal, €78,000 yearling, Golden Horn filly. Half-sister to useful 1½m winner Theophilus and 6f winner Tabernas. Yard can ready a newcomer so worth a check in the betting for clues.

Forecasts

Dhabyah (10/11), Golden Pass (11/5), Prismatic (7/1), Sceptred Isle (16/1), Propriety (16/1), Bellarisa (18/1), She's All In Gold (28/1), Pass Card (200/1)

Verdict

GOLDEN PASS confirmed the promise of her sole start as a 2-y-o and was deserving of extra credit when coming out on top in a Beverley maiden back in June, coming from off a modest pace to get on top. She's sure to improve and can defy a penalty here. Prismatic and Dhabyah are similarly progressive sorts and feared most.

  1. GOLDEN PASS
  2. PRISMATIC (IRE)
  3. DHABYAH
