Stylish winner of 1m handicap at Chepstow in July before good second of 15 in handicap at Windsor (10f) 16 days ago, faring best of those ridden prominently. Leading claims.
25/1, back on song when fourth of 6 in handicap at Yarmouth (8f, good to firm) 46 days ago on final run for Richard Hannon. Not ruled out for new yard here.
In frame all three runs, second of 7 on handicap bow at Pontefract (10f, good to soft) 27 days ago. Has more to offer so much respected off same mark.
C&D winner in June but ran one of his lesser races when only twelfth of 15 in handicap at Windsor (10f, good to firm) 16 days ago. Needs to bounce back.
Fair maiden who shaped encouragingly on return after 9 months off/gelded when fifth of 10 in handicap at Yarmouth (10.1f, good to firm) 35 days ago, not knocked about. Should progress so considered.
Winner at Lingfield in June but ran badly on turf debut when last of 8 in handicap (9/2) here (8f, good) 48 days ago. Up in trip now but others more persuasive.
Four-time winner in 2019 but yet to hit top form since restart, tenth of 15 in handicap (20/1) at Windsor (10f) 16 days ago. Mark is falling but still needs to show more.

Forecasts
Mark Of Gold (9/4), Mr Top Hat (7/2), Lovers' Gait (7/2), North Point (4/1), More Than A Prince (13/2), Dartington (10/1), Junoesque (10/1), Uther Pendragon (11/1)
A case can be made for a few of these but the most persuasive one is for MR TOP HAT who has been in top form since the restart and is taken to go one better after an excellent recent second at Windsor. Mark of Gold is much less exposed so rates a big threat on the back of his good Pontefract runner-up spot, while North Point is another lightly-raced 3-y-o to consider in an intriguing handicap.
