Four-time winner in first half of 2019 but has posted just respectable efforts in handicaps at Newbury and Kempton this term. Slipping in the weights, but others preferred all the same.
Won twice and placed on several occasions since making debut for this yard last August. However, nearer last than first in 2 runs on the AW this year and remains 5 lb above last winning mark.
All-weather novice winner last September and respectable third on return/handicap bow at Pontefract (1¼m). Didn't get home upped to 1½m at Newmarket since and worth another chance back at this trip.
C&D winner who struck twice in 2019. Positive start to the season when runner-up back here in June, but well held on the AW since and the handicapper probably has his measure for now.
Improved when landing a big-field Haydock handicap last month. Perhaps unsuited by the track when well held at Goodwood next time and well worth another chance back on a more conventional course.
Winner of AW handicap off 3 lb higher mark in January. Shaped as though coming back to the boil when fourth of 16 at Sandown (1¼m, good) last time and she's in with an each-way shout.
Newcastle maiden winner in November and acquitted himself well in handicaps this year, most notably when fourth at Royal Ascot on penultimate start. Should make his presence felt eased in class here.
Decisive winner of 3-runner Goodwood handicap (1½m) on seasonal reappearance. By no means disgraced at Windsor and Ascot subsequently, but needs to pull out more if he's to emerge on top here.
Stepped up on previous efforts when tackling this trip for the first time at Windsor, finishing second to Star of Wins (winner again since) in a big-field maiden. Interesting on handicap debut.
Scored at Bath on second and final start at 2 yrs. Put in good late work when fourth in Sandown handicap (1m, good) last time. Going back up in trip here looks a good move and he possesses potential.
Promise in Nottingham maiden (8.3f, soft) on sole 2-y-o start. Looked in need of the run in C&D novice on return and she can be expected to progress now switched to handicaps.

Bright Eyed Eagle (3/1), HMS President (4/1), Surrey Pride (9/2), Winter Thorn (6/1), Ridgeway (6/1), Mafia Power (15/2), Badenscoth (11/1), Annie De Vega (12/1), Fantasy Believer (14/1), Tahitian Prince (16/1), Torochica (20/1), Shauyra (22/1), Rake's Progress (25/1), City Tour (50/1)
Many possibilities in this competitive handicap. SURREY PRIDE did well to finish as close as he did from a compromising position at Sandown and, with improvement likely back at this trip, he gets the nod. The form of Winter Thorn's improved effort at Windsor has been boosted since and he is feared off what looks a fair opening mark. Tahitian Prince, Mafia Power and Ridgeway are others to consider.
