Newcomer by Mehmas. €27,000 yearling. Half-brother to useful two-year-old winner in the US. Already been gelded ahead of debut which would advise some caution. One of the more expensive runners in the line-up though.
Has his sights lowered in this contest after finding the demands of his debut assignment over C&D a bit too much to handle when only beating one home. Could now take a step forward and is not ruled out.
Probably ran to the same level she did two starts ago when only fifth over C&D last time out when not disgraced behind an extremely impressive winner. Cheekpieces could spark further improvement but they will need to.
€19,000 yearling. By Dream Ahead. Half-brother to a pair of French winners. One of three runners in this for the stable & looks the most attractive of the trio on paper. Market can guide as to his chances.
Vadamos filly makes debut for yard among the winners at the moment. Cost €28,000 as a yearling and her mother was an unraced half-sister to a Group Three winner. Starts out a low level on debut and could well play a part.
€3,000 two-year-old by Footstepsinthesand. Dam won over 5f and is a half-sister to a useful 5f two-year-old winner. This trip isn't sure to suit on debut.
Must bounce back from lesser effort at the Curragh (6f; good to yielding) when he finished down the field. Place claims on the strength of his debut form the time before when he finished sixth in a decent contest.
€4,500 two-year-old by Zebedee. Half-brother to two winners including the useful Lucky Lucky Man. Stable without a winner for 34 days though (0-12) so may be one to oppose for the time being.
Only beat the one home on debut when seventh of eight at Navan (6f; yielding). Up in trip now but plenty of work to do if he is to play a significant role.
Newcomer by Coulsty was a cheap yearling but is a half-brother to three winners including multiple two-year-old winner Rockin Roy. Market check advised with this one.
By Alhebayeb. Only cost €2,000 as a yearling. Closely related to a Spanish 7f/1m winner as well as being a half-brother to a French 1m2f winner. Gelded ahead of debut though which is a slight concern.
Fulbright colt made just €4,500 as a yearling. Half-brother to three winners including decent two-year-old Macho Time. Surprise if he was good enough to win on debut but a market check is still advised.
€11,000 yearling by Dragon Pulse. Makes debut for top yard & is a half-sister to three winners in Italy including a 5f-1m/two-year-old 'Listed' winner. Betting likely to prove informative.
Offered definite promise on debut when fourth over 1m at this track in a better race than this despite the fact the form hasn't been tested yet. Even marginal improvement from that would see her go close.
Makes extremely limited appeal on debut after finishing last of 15 at Gowran Park (7f; yielding) when she was unfancied at 100-1. Likely to be seen towards the rear again throughout this contest.
€10,000 yearling whose sire Mehmas is producing plenty of winners out of his first crop. Her mother didn't do much on the track but is a half-sister to a 6f two-year-old 'Listed' winner. Watch market.
Finished one-length in front of Stitch Pickings when sixth on debut over C&D in a similar race. Fair bit more required on that evidence but she could improve so isn't completely discounted if able to do so.
First reserve. Well held on debut over C&D when last of 15. Would be easy to rule out if getting in given how much he has to prove.

Despite the big field this event is low on the ground when it comes to quality. Therefore, this looks a good opportunity for FLY GIRL who finished fifth in a stronger contest over 1m at this track on debut. She can take advantage of this slight ease in grade & get off the mark at the second time of asking. In first-time cheekpieces, Abogados could play a part if she is able to show a bit more than she did when fifth over C&D in a race which was blown apart by the winner. It would be wise to look at the newcomers after that and on paper, Messidor makes most appeal for Joseph O'Brien given he was one of the more expensive yearlings in this field.
