Disappointing type having shown some mild promise in a couple of earlier starts he's failed to find the energy to build on that potential. Last couple of runs particularly below-par, back on the AW where he's 0-6, limited appeal.
Four-time C&D winner but that last success came over two years ago and she's not really giving the right signal for a revival despite slipping below her last winning mark. Failed to see things out over C&D last time, doubts remain over her chance.
Has won four times over this trip but a record of 0-7 around this venue tempers any enthusiasm. Below her last winning mark she returned to form at Lingfield last time over 5f in first-time cheekpieces (retained), often starts slowly.
5f winner on Polytrack he's yet to run here although given his latest efforts he's not of much interest anyway. Appeared to be struggling for form when last seen and hard to see him making use of much-reduced mark.
C&D winner that success appears a fading memory as it's now 11 starts ago (still remains above that last winning mark). Ran poorly reverting to the AW last time over 6f at Lingfield looking a rather awkward ride at the start, not one who inspires.
Looked to be capable of winning a race like this having been picked off late by a closer over C&D on her penultimate start off this mark. Disappointed back on turf last time (looked after when beaten), may be worth another chance back here.
Yet to be placed in four tries here and doesn't find winning easy despite generally running with credit as he did at Yarmouth over 6f last time. Type to run another sound race back in handicaps but hardly a winning machine.
Doesn't look to have improved for having wind surgery prior to his last three runs if anything getting worse not better. Well below-par over 6f at Redcar last time, cheekpieces now on first-time (more needed to work the oracle).
Three-time C&D winner, the last two of those wins coming back-to-back in early 2019 having not won for more than two years. Unsuccessful since he's lightly-raced of late (looked very rusty last time), well handicapped if finding some of his old zip.
1-20 over C&D, hard to gain much encouragement from her latest efforts on turf at Leicester and Haydock, looking awkward away from the start the last twice. Headgear undergoes another swap, 1lb out the weights, others appeal more.

Not easy to find many solid profiles in this and it may pay to take a chance on SWELL SONG who didn’t look suited by the way the race panned out last time on turf at Redcar and is better judged on her C&D second the time before. She battled on well on that occasion having seen off another pace pusher only to be mugged close home a repeat will suffice. Independence Day finds winning hard but he’s more consistent than most in this grade and has claims along with the well-handicapped Captain Ryan and Shesadabber despite that one now having a tough mark to overcome.
