Failed to recover from a slow start at Sandown last time but better on this surface anyway and in good heart prior to that including a win here but more on her plate now taking on her juniors.

First run since leaving George Scott and regressive when last on the track. Stamina also to prov and needs to up her game on first run for this yard.

Unlucky not to win a maiden here recently as was short of room when trying to make her challenge. The fourth has already given the form a boost and must be a big contender now entering handicaps.

Best effort to date when staying on third over 1m2f at Yarmouth last time and the winner and fourth have both won since. This longer trip looks sure to suit and has to be on the short list.

Game effort from the front at Windsor when beaten a nose but trainer could offer no explanation for poor run last time and bit to prove after that with stamina to prove as well.

Just behind Vischio at Windsor, but like that filly she didn't really build on that at Sandown since and another who has to prove this longer trip is what she wants.

Didn't show any ability as a juvenile but game effort to win on comeback at Leicester in June over 1m2f. Bit keen that day so extra 2f not guaranteed to suit and trainer having a lean spell at present.

Hasn't progressed this season and now going up from 1m2f. Others have fewer miles on the clock and make more appeal.

Best effort in maidens to date when 11L third of 12 at Windsor but that form has already taken a few knocks and opening mark looks plenty stiff enough.

Something of a slow burner and although behind a few of these at Windsor, she was badly placed and certainly gives impression there will be more to come at this longer trip so warrants respect.

Poor form over various trips and is impossible to make a positive case for from 6lb out of the handicap.

Didn't show much ability as a two-year-old at shorter but bred to be much better suited by this longer trip and interesting to see if there is any market confidence behind her on belated handicap debut.

Forecasts

Viola (2/1), Float (5/2), Sunshineandbubbles (4/1), September Power (8/1), Shifting Gold (9/1), Soramond (11/1), Diva Kareem (14/1), Vischio (14/1), Wand (22/1), Stony Look (28/1), My Sheila (40/1), Filles De Fleur (66/1), Courteva (150/1)

Verdict

Plenty of these have more to offer and FLOAT can gain compensation for an unlucky third at the track last month. Plenty of dangers and they are headed by Viola who comes from a Yarmouth race that is already working out. September Power is better than shown at Windsor last time and could go well at a price.
