Veteran whose last win was in 2016 and has been lightly raced. Fallen 17lb in the weights over last five runs since that victory and didn't show very much on only run this term here over 1m1f in June.
Five career wins between 1m2f-1m5f and found the extended 1m here last time plenty sharp enough. Was staying on fairly well though so return to this trip off 3lb lower with rider claiming further 5lb makes him of some interest.
Ex-Irish racer whose only win in 17 attempts came when trained by Mark McNiff to win Listowel 7f h'cap in June last year. Did see much daylight here last time over extended 1m and now 2lb lower.
Admirable 16-time winner who unseated rider soon after start last time at Catterick having previously gone close there over 1m4f. This trip is a bare minimum these days but is now 1lb lower than his last win at Catterick in July last year.
Won Haydock 1m2f soft ground h'cap last August and was having second run back following wind surgery when fair fifth 1m4f Catterick latest. More needed here but is 1lb lower and any rain would help his cause.
12-race maiden who had mainly raced at up to 1m prior to stepping up in trip last two starts. Kept on into fourth at Beverley 1m2f latest but doesn't look an easy ride and appears to lack tactical speed.
Scrambled home last summer in Beverley 7.5f maiden auction stakes and was twice placed in handicaps at up to 1m2f at end of last season. Gelded and having first run since when eyecatching unlucky-in-running fifth at Haydock last month. Interesting.
Seven-race maiden who belied 33/1 odds at Haydock 1m2f last time when staying on to finish second of 16 without landing a glove on the easy winner. Up 3lb but may have turned the corner and another decent display looks on the cards.
Generally disappointing first four starts prior to landing gamble here on soft ground over 1m4f in June. Had a rough passage when close fifth at Ripon since then and having shown a liking for this track could easily figure again.
Newmarket 7f novice auction winner last term for Adrian Nicholls but disappointed last three starts and now makes debut for new handler. First-time hood will need to spark some improvement.
Hinted at a little ability in three runs at up to 1m but did much better stepped up to 1m4f when second on handicap bow at Ripon last month, only tiring late on. Drop back in trip looks right call off 1lb lower.

Magna Moralia (3/1), Flood Defence (3/1), Justified (10/3), Viceregent (5/1), Fox Kasper (5/1), Ten Thousand Stars (6/1), George Mallory (16/1), Binyon (20/1), Engles Rock (22/1), Four Kingdoms (28/1), Be Perfect (33/1), Novelty Seeker (100/1)
MAGNA MORALIA ran well stepped up to this trip for the first time on his latest start despite not getting the best of runs. With better luck he could well prove good enough to land the spoils this time. Hat-trick seeking Flood Defence is sure to prove popular after a couple of good wins at Musselburgh and has gone well at this track in the past, and Justified who landed a touch here on his penultimate start could easily bounce back to form at a track that suits. Viceregent, George Mallory and Four Kingdoms are others in with a squeak in a well contested affair.
