Those with previous form don't look any great shakes so the well bred newcomer MYSTERY SMILES may prove good enough to make a winning start. He cost £165,000 at the French Breeze Up sales earlier this month and looks the part on paper. For Peat's Sake hails from a top yard but hasn't shone in his two runs so far. He might well improve but he needs to take a fair step forward to score. Aussie Stormer showed promise when third on debut before being outclassed in a hot race last time. This is more his level and he may offer the most opposition to the selection, while Jazzy Socks has a sprint pedigree and could easily figure on debut.
