Daughter of Dawn Approach. Plenty of improvement needed from a couple of dismal efforts at Naas and more recently at Fairyhouse. Yard going well, landing a couple of Group 2 contests on Saturday.

Filly by Sea The Stars out of a Monsun mare. Cost €4,000 as a yearling. Yards newcomers often come on for first run.

Hard Spun filly. Cost $100,000 as a yearling. Four-race maiden, progressing well until a hiccup at Cork earlier this month. Better than that effort suggests.

Six-race maiden posted a career best effort to finish third of 14 runners in a Killarney 1m handicap earlier this month, beaten 1L behind Star Of Cashel. Slowly getting the hang of things.

Daughter of Pour Moi out of a Danehill Dancer mare. Best effort so far in her four race career finishing fifth of eight beaten 3¼L on return to action at Gowran Park last month. Capable of a bold bid.

Daughter of Tough As Nails out of a Indian Haven mare. Yard in good form right now - two winners in the last five days - and not to be taken lightly on debut run.

Daughter of Sea The Stars. Gave the impression there was plenty more to come on return to action at the Curragh recently on first start for the yard. Should be a leading contender in this company.

Four-race maiden, well held and never nearer in a couple of starts since racing resumed last month. First time cheekpieces unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.

Pivotal filly. Has useful winning form in her pedigree, including 7f winner All Crazy Now and 1m winner Scorpion Black. One of two in the line-up from the yard and worth a market check as post time approaches.

Cost €170,000 as a yearling. Four-race maiden, last of 13 beaten 11L on latest start in a Curragh 1m handicap last month. In the right hands for a marked improvement.

Daughter of No Nay Never. Pleasing third of eight beaten 4¼L on debut at Gowran Park over a similar trip last month. Needs a few to falter.

Daughter of Zoffany out of a Galileo mare. Cost €18,000 as a yearling. Not disgraced on debut finishing fifth of the six runners at Limerick last month, beaten 4½L. One to keep safe in first-time hood.

Daughter of War Command out of a Diktat mare. Cost €2,500 as a yearling. Closely related to Dullingham, winner over 1m2f as a two-year-old. Likely to improve on first outing.

Verdict

Trainer Pat Twomey currently boasts a 31% strike rate, four winners from his last 13 runners and his RED LINE ALEXANDER can add to the figures in the opener. The daughter of Sea The Stars can get off the mark at the fourth attempt following a solid comeback run at the Curragh last month. It may be a little early to be writing off the chances of the Joseph O'Brien-trained Zofar Zogood following his last run over 1m4f at Fairyhouse earlier this month with the filly more suited by this trip and can emerge as the biggest danger. Love Bracelet for trainer Aidan O'Brien and Mere Catherine are two more to consider.
