Forecasts

Mujbar (3/1), Line Of Departure (9/2), Alkumait (7/1), Pure Dreamer (7/1), Babajan (8/1), Bearaway (9/1), Royal Scimitar (11/1), Surprise Picture (14/1), Aesthete (18/1), Bhubezi (18/1), My Next Guest (50/1)

Verdict

More than half of these juveniles (six of the eleven declared runners) have yet to visit a racecourse, and the benchmark for those who have raced isn't set particularly high by the 74-rated Line Of Departure. Hamdan Al Maktoum is responsible for two of the newcomers, with retained rider Jim Crowley preferring the well-related Muhaarar colt MUJBAR to the 220,000gns yearling Alkumait. In the absence of a great deal of other pertinent information that must form the most logical building block in seeking the likeliest winner.
  1. Mujbar
  2. Royal Scimitar
  3. Line Of Departure
