Group 2 placed as a juvenile, and set some tough tasks since. Shaped well when neck third of 9 to Yimou at Windsor last time, and should remain competitive from an unchanged mark.
Won over 5f at Goodwood last May. Better than result when 5¼L sixth of 9 to Lyzbeth in a 6f Listed race there last month, and not ruled out with drop in trip sure to help her cause.
Yet to add to tally since victory on debut, but knocking on the door of late, and went close over this trip at Wolverhampton last time. Cheekpieces tried now, and solid claims if headgear is of any benefit.
Goes best at Newcastle, winning four times there. Last turf win was almost four years ago, and he's eminently opposable on recent evidence, even with the best of the draw.
Has an ordinary strike-rate for one of his innate ability, and only one win on turf since taking a Group 3 at Leopardstown in 2015. Not disgraced in three runs this year, but remains one to oppose for win purposes as a rule.
Another who is a bigger force on AW than turf, and failed to beat a rival off 2lb higher on his latest start at Newmarket. Better than that would imply, but best watched until showing more positive signs.
Better effort this season when fourth of 9 to Jawwaal at Doncaster last time. First two from that contest have won since, so foolish to ignore his claims here.
Acts on any ground, and took advantage of a drop in the weights when beating Secretinthepark at Newmarket last time. May be vulnerable having gone up 4lb for that success, given things panned out perfectly for him on the day.
Better on AW than turf, reflected in his mark, but found drop to this trip against him on latest start at Newmarket, and of limited interest once more.

A few of these are expensive to follow, notably Blue de Vega, and while that one has every chance of hitting the frame, his win record on turf doesn't inspire confidence. Magic J keeps running well after being well backed, but is another costing backers dear, and the vote instead goes to PUDS, who was better than the result after a break at Goodwood last time, and will appreciate the drop in both class and trip here.
