Lightly-raced filly still looking for her first career success; has shown promise on occasions including on last two handicap starts; takes huge step up in trip so anything possible.
Gelding by Camelot. Running well in defeat on the AW at Dundalk in February/March and clearly better than his run at Naas last month suggests. Appears to have been given a chance on handicap debut.
Five-race maiden. Shaped well on penultimate start at Navan last month over 1m5f finishing 6½L adrift of the winner; not beaten two far on latest over slightly shorter; interesting runner in first time blinkers on handicap debut.
€130,000 yearling, Camelot colt. Makes little appeal based on what he has shown in a couple of initial career starts in August/September last term and on reappearance run at Gowran Park but market moves would be interesting.
Galileo filly. Half-sister to useful 6f performer Alphabet. Well beaten in three career starts so far including disappointing in a couple of starts at Leopardstown last month.
Four-race maiden who generally runs her race without ever threatening to win; obviously open to improvement and possibly one to consider in first-time cheekpieces.
Has generally been easy to back on all his starts to date and ran accordingly until putting in her best effort last time out at Naas earlier this month when not getting a clear run; that was over 7f so this represents a big step up in trip.
Still without that first breakthrough win but has run some useful efforts in defeat (not unnoticed by the handicapper); can probably be forgiven latest effort when possibly unsuited to front-running tactics; reasonable chance.
Never beaten too far in any of her races but has rarely looked a likely winner; main question marks here will be the huge step up in trip and whether she will cope with predicted soft underfoot conditions.
Yet to hit the frame in six career starts including five efforts on turf. Will need to improve on overall form to play a significant role in this contest sporting first-time cheekpieces.
Two reasonable runs on the AW at Dundalk for new connections either side of the New Year and a fair effort on reappearance run at Roscommon suggest she might make into a useful handicapper; slight step up in trip here could help.
Well down the field on three starts so far in August/September last year and no discernible improvement on reappearance run at Limerick last month on handicap debut.
Reserve 1 Five-race maiden, well held on each start so far including two runs this season already; too soon to write off but difficult to be confident about.

LAMPETIA could prove the best of the three saddled by her trainer in this interesting contest for three-year-olds. Fairly lightly raced and open to improvement the filly has run some fair races in defeat this season and looks the type who will appreciate this step up in trip. The cheekpieces used for the first time last time are left off. Haparanda, by contrast, puts the cheekpieces on for the first time and while not an obvious winner on form ran well last time and this step up in trip should suit. Fryerns is another who has shown reasonable for in the past and should take this marginal step up in trip in her stride. Nudge The Judge looks the best of the reserves.
