2-3 since racing resumed last month and is up again in the weights but no denying the sparkling form she is in at present. Thriving with racing, and while she is worse off at the weights with Tilsworth Rose that rival has more to prove.
Handicapper has had him in his grip since he won at Doncaster (5f; good) last season. 3lb below that mark now as he makes seasonal reappearance but he does have a bit to prove given how he ended last season with a trio of duck eggs beside his name.
Looked in need of the run when her effort just flattened out towards the line when midfield on reappearance at Thirsk (5f; good to soft). 2lb lower and remains lightly raced so not one to fully dismiss just yet.
Rarely runs on turf these days, and this Southwell specialist has a record of just 2-40 on grass. Not been seen for 222 days, and mark on turf is 29lb lower than on the AW. In decent enough form when last seen so may be able to run into a place.
Took a step forward from quiet reappearance effort when fifth at Thirsk (6f; good to soft). Never tackled this minimum trip before but no reason why she can't be competitive over it off 3lb lower.
Lightly raced but winless in six starts. Debut effort for this stable was very concerning when she was never on terms with remainder of the field & subsequently finished last of 10 at Thirsk (5f; good to soft). Impossible to fancy on that evidence.
Falling down the weights of late and is subsequently 3lb below her last winning mark. Hinted at a return to form when last seen in March just missing out on third at Chelmsford (6f; standard). Claims if able to build upon that run.
Recent form does look off-putting but his seasonal reappearance effort last year was his best run of the season when runner-up at Pontefract (5f; good to firm). 17lb below that mark now and dangerous to dismiss first time out.
8lb better off with Alba Del Sole after finishing just under four-lengths behind that rival at Leicester (5f; good to firm) at the end of last month. Should get closer this time round but her modest strike-rate of just 1-28 would advise caution.
Actually managed to beat some of his rivals last time, but he would still need to step up quite considerably on that effort to have any sort of chance. 6lb below last winning mark and others look more convincing for now.

Forecasts
Alba Del Sole (5/2), Crosse Fire (9/2), Arnold (6/1), Aghast (13/2), Gorgeous Gobolina (7/1), Tilsworth Rose (15/2), Wild Flower (8/1), Point Of Woods (12/1), Kibaar (16/1), Kodiac Dancer (25/1), Storm Lightning (40/1)
This looks an open race and it may be worth taking a chance on the eight-year-old KIBAAR. The selection hasn't won since 2018, but hasn't been totally disgraced in defeat since then. His best effort last season was on his seasonal reappearance when just beaten at Pontefract so he is interesting on this return from a 207-day break. The in-form Alba Del Sole has obvious claims as he is turned out quickly turned out again. That is of no concern given he is evidently thriving with racing at present, and he should make a bold bid to go in again but Tilsworth Rose is considerably better off with him after their recent meeting and may be able to reverse the form this time.
- Kibaar
- Alba Del Sole
- Tilsworth Rose
