Out of sorts since Cartmel win in August over 2m6f. Down in grade now which is a plus but does have stamina to prove having never raced beyond 3m.
Has proved disappointing since joining this stable and has quickly been dropped 18lb since December, an indication of his lack of form and others make more appeal.
Won three bumpers in the French provinces but was a bit keen when sent hurdling last season for this yard and interesting that he is now stepping up from 2m to 3m2f so will need to settle better to help him stay.
Better known as a chaser and poor form in this sphere in the past where he hasn't been seen since 2015. Not hard to look elsewhere.
Won off this mark at Wetherby in March last year but form has been inconsistent since and having looked to bounce back when second at Catterick on penultimate start, immediately went backwards at Ayr on latest.
First run over hurdles for top trainer (has had two outings on Flat for him) and best run in this sphere was a rare go at 3m so may well have more to offer and market should be revealing.
Five out of six in the Point-to-point field since last seen under Rules and went close twice when last over hurdles in 2016. Front-runner who does stay well.
Reportedly struck into when pulled up on latest. Ordinary form over hurdles but off a career low mark under champion jockey for the first time so could conceivably show a bit more.

A weak finale where VALKENBURG is of obvious interest now hurdling for top team and he may have more to come over this stamina test. In a race where the market should prove worth monitoring a move for Quivvy Lough needs to be heeded while Simply Mani completes the short list.
