Won off a 1lb lower mark at Doncaster (1¼m, soft) last August. Better effort this term when fifth of 13 to Colony Queen at Beverley last time, and would have been closer but for traffic problems.
Won off a 4lb lower mark at Brighton on his penultimate start for Richard Hannon, and possible to forgive a lesser effort at Wolverhampton on final outing, and starts new season for a new yard after being sold for 10,000 gns in October.
Hit and miss on turf, but best form has come with plenty of ease, and he ran a fine third at Newbury on his return. Handicapper has handed him a lifeline, and he should go well.
Largely struggled since winning over this trip at Chester last May, his only win since his 2-y-o days. Very well handicapped if he can stop the slide, and recent runs have come over a trip which is very much on the sharp side. Dangerous to ignore.
Ended 2019 with some disappointing efforts and finished tailed off in a 1m4f handicap at Southwell in March on his return to action. Well handicapped on his old form but easy to have reservations at present.
Last few wins have been on AW, and best effort in a while when second over 1¼m at Lingfield last month. Well weighted, but soft ground would be a concern for him.
Broke his maiden at the fifth attempt when winning at Dundalk in October. Better for the run when 3L fourth of 8 to Destroyer at Leicester on return/debut for new yard, and looks on a workable mark.
Three-time winner last year, with all those successes coming at Nottingham over this trip. Took a step back in the right direction when 4½L third of 5 to Dreamweaver here last time, and has now fallen below his last winning mark.
Back to form when second at Pontefract, 3L behind Embrace The Moment last month. Bit below that when fourth at Hamilton last time (Disqualified when rider failed to weigh in), but has claims if bouncing back.
Won a soft-ground handicap over C&D last June, and back in the groove with wins at Southwell and Leicester on last two starts. Wide draw no help, though, and may just be in the handicapper's grip now.
Still a maiden and not progressing with racing. Better than bare result when mid-field behind Global Exceed in a handicap at Redcar last time, but far from certain to build on that.
Won a heavy-ground handicap over this trip at Yarmouth in the autumn, and back to form when 1½L second of 14 to Betty Grable at Ripon last month. Up 2lb in the weights, but one to bear in mind with conditions to suit.
In the frame in novice company last summer, but he ran badly on his handicap debut at Beverley after a long break recently, and needs to do much better, even if that was needed.
Better known as a low-grade hurdler, and did get his head in front at Fakenham in a weak claimer in March. Has shown nothing in two starts back on the flat, however.

An open contest, and one which can go to DEINONYCHUS, who will relish conditions, and has dropped below his last winning mark. He shaped as if back in form last time, and is well berthed to press on. The handicapper has also given chances to Redgrave and Mr Top Hat, with the former easier to fancy after an encouraging return to action at Newbury. Iconic Code has a good strike-rate in the mud, and can also go well at a price, with her latest run best ignored.
