375,000 gns yearling by excellent sire Kingman made the perfect start when winning at Wolverhampton last month (1m½f). Bred to be even better over middle distances so fancied to follow up under the 7lb penalty.
Twice raced son of Raven's Pass finished second at Wolverhampton (1m1½f) and at Kempton (1m3f) so far and looks a big player again especially with Astro King under penalty.
Teofilo colt (57,000gns foal, 80,000gns vendor yearling) weakened into 10th of 13 on debut at Newcastle over 7f last year. Best watched here but this trip should suit now.
Gelded son of New Approach the first foal out of a 1m2f-1m3f Listed winner. Represents a yard with few peers when it comes to newcomers so has to be taken seriously here.
Gelded son of Gleneagles (first three-year-olds 2020) who is making a good impression as a sire. Probably best watched on debut however.
€30,000 yearling by Shanghai Bobby from a decent US family. Yard has occasional debut winners so one to watch in the market.
Last of nine beaten 11L on debut at Windsor (!m2f) last month so best watched here.
Well held in starts at Wolverhampton and Lingfield and looks at this stage more a long-term handicap prospect.
$1,600,000 yearling by Medaglia D'oro out of US 1m-1m2f (Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf) winner showed signs of promise when fourth of six at Newmarket latest. Pedigree and trainer mean he has to be highly respected.
Lone filly in the contest a daughter of Free Eagle half-sister to a middle distance AW winner and a winning hurdler. Watching brief today.

Impressive Wolverhampton winner ASTRO KING gets the vote for the shrewd Sir Michael Stoute who could have gone in higher here but instead chooses to run penalised in this contest. The task won't be straightforward however with twice second Cityzen Serg and blue-blood Tenbury Wells big dangers for Messrs Hannon and Gosden.
