Prolific AW winner who has scored three times on turf, including when making all for a wide margin win over C&D (good to firm) last week. Isn't always consistent, but has a huge chance if able to come close to that form under a 4lb penalty.
Nine-race maiden whose form on his last three starts has been well below what he was showing prior to that. Visor now swapped for blinkers, and he would look well treated from this mark on his best efforts, but now has to take advantage.
Was a dual turf winner (1m½f-1m1f, on good to firm/soft) in 2017. Ended a lengthy drought with AW success at Chelmsford (1m) last time, springing a 28-1 surprise. Up 4lb, so more needed, but a repeat effort would see him thereabouts.
Sole win came over 1m4f at Lingfield (AW) in 2018, when 9lb higher. Inconsistent, and arrives on the back of a poor effort at Wolverhampton last time, and not sure whether he will have sufficient speed over this shorter trip.
Struggled to make any impact in his first few handicap starts, but returned from a break on today's mark at Windsor (1m, good) recently, when some late progress saw him 3¾L second. More needed, but should be involved again.
Dual winner (1m/1m1f, on a sound/fast surface) when with Mohamed Moubarak last year. Below that level in all starts for this trainer, but there was encouragement in his latest Yarmouth effort, so can't write him off now 1lb lower.
Won a C&D seller here last July (good to firm), when with Paul George, for whom she also went very close in a Bath handicap, when 3lb higher. Form tailed off, however, and probably one to watch after a break on her debut for this trainer.
Unraced at two and looked moderate at three, but made a marked step up on all that form to score on her reappearance at Yarmouth (1m, good) recently, despite being keen. 3lb rise is countered by a 5lb claimer up, and she should go very close.
0-11 and beginning to make a little more impact again in her two more recent AW starts at Chelmsford (7f, AW). Having said that, a 1lb drop for this return to turf doesn't give her the look of an obvious winner.
Multiple AW winner who has also scored twice on turf over 7f, although not since 2016. Hasn't raced away from AW since April 2017, and not easy to make a case for him on any recent evidence.

Forecasts
Chetan (11/10), Jeanette May (6/1), Havana Sunset (7/1), Act Of Magic (7/1), Compass Point (7/1), Fivehundredmiles (12/1), My Lady Claire (12/1), Hanati (16/1), Cheap Jack (18/1), Taurean Dancer (20/1), Bob's Girl (20/1), Lippy Lady (22/1), Arlecchino's Leap (25/1)
A weak race that appears to revolve around CHETAN. Tony Carroll's gelding romped home over C&D last time, and if in anything like that form, a 4lb penalty shouldn't prevent a repeat success. If he fails to fire in the same way, then that opens the door to several possibles the chief one perhaps being Jeanette May, while Act Of Magic; Havana Sunset; Fivehundredmiles and Compass Point are others for whom some sort of case can be made.
- Chetan
- Jeanette May
- Havana Sunset
