100,000 gns foal who fetched 375,000 gns as a yearling. Had some notable market support on debut and was outpaced early on when 4L ninth at Thirsk (6f, good) 12 days ago. Should improve for that but might fall just shy of the mark.
Second foal and has an impressive pedigree. Slow start cost any chance on debut but showed likeable tenacity when staying-on fourth at Beverley (5f, good) this month. Likely there is more to come. Claims.
First foal from 6f winner Lead A Merry Dance. Looked like he bumped into some smart sorts on debut when 10th of 12 in 6f Pontefract maiden (beaten 26L). More required at this level.
Expected to improve plenty for his debut effort but still showed likeable signs when hampered fourth of 12 at Pontefract (6f, good) earlier this month. Had re-opposing rivals behind him that day and can progress once again. Leading contender.
Quietly fancied to run well on debut effort but put in poor show when 11th of 12 behind some of today's rivals at Pontefract (6f) this month. In need of a bounce back from that.
Equiano filly. First foal. Dam was a modest performer on the level, winning handicaps up to 1m and comes from the family of Sahkee. This is likely to be a sharp contest for belated debut.
Cacique filly with some smart pedigree. Wasn't supported on debut effort and an accordingly when 12L seventh at Newcastle (6f) at the start of the month. This looks too tough for her once more.
£40,000 yearling. Was expected to go nicely on her debut but disappointed when eighth of 11 at Catterick (6f, soft). Yard currently in a quiet spot but this ground should suit better.
12,000 gns yearling rleated to sprint winners. Dwelt on debut but picked up the bit well to take good second over C&D behind smart group performer in May 2019. Not seen since, but leading claims if replicating that form.
Kept busy last year, running five times and placing on four occasions without winning. Took a backward step when third at odds-on at Musselbrugh (7f) in August, but should go well on comeback effort.
55,000 gns two-year-old. Didn't really show much spark on debut and weakened tamely to finish eighth, beaten 8L, at Haydock (7f) this month. Others possess better profiles and are preferred.

A contest which matches up some experienced rivals against those less exposed, it may be worth taking a chance on on the three-year-old NEARLY A GONNA, who was arguably luckless on debut but still managed to put daylight between him and some opposing rivals. He looks the pick of a four-strong attack by Tim Easterby. His stablemate Cressbrook outran his odds on debut and looks the sort to do better in time so cannot be discounted. Imperial Gloriana is the most exposed but proved to be a model of consistency and sets the form standard, while Huraa poses an interesting profile, having not been beaten far by a Group 3 winner and subsequent German 1000 Guineas third on her debut at this venue.
