Verdict

The Joseph O'Brien-trained HOSIER can improve on his debut run at Leopardstown earlier this month. The Camelot colt finished 3¾L behind the winner Tiger Moth on good to firm ground in a contest that has produced the 13th placed Soaring Monarch to win an 11-runner contest at Limerick last week. Alghazaal was not far behind the selection at Leopardstown and can progress from that effort along with the Jessica Harrington-trained Yulong Magicreef who ran well in defeat over a similar trip at the Curragh earlier in the month. Pontchateau for trainer Paddy Twomey and the Dermot Weld representative, Mostallim would not surprise id producing decent efforts.
  1. Hosier
  2. Alghazaal
  3. Yulong Magicreef
