Won at Bath and Chelmsford last autumn but refused to settle and dropped away tamely when last of 11 on his first start back at Newbury recently. Runs off same mark but will need to settle better to have any chance.
Chelmsford 1m h'cap winner in March off 69 and didn't have the best of passages back there on return. Steps up 2f and new trip may bring about some improvement having shaped as though worth a try over further than a mile.
First-time out winner last time in 1m4f Chepstow h'cap off 69. Effective at this trip as well and will be sharper for recent pipe opener. Still 6lb higher than last win but may make bold bid from the front to burn them off.
Stable in good form of late and signalled he might add to their tally when a good fourth two weeks ago at Newbury stepping up to this trip for first time. Ran on well there and every chance he'll be in the thick of the action this time.
Dual Chepstow scorer last term for David Evans. Makes debut for top jumps yard who are 2-12 at this venue. Not run since second in Wolverhampton mile claimer in March but champion jockey booked and yard can get them ready first time.
Well beaten favourite on only start on turf but in fine form on AW completing a 1m Southwell hat-trick in March off 3lb lower mark. First start back and yard a little quiet now so has a bit to prove despite progress this winter.
Four-timer winner but on a fairly long losing run since landing Sandown 1m2f h'cap back in September 2018 off 4lb higher mark. Wasn't running badly on return until hampered so may do better this time with a clear run.
Last two successes have been in amateur riders' contests but ran well enough on seasonal return at Haydock when stayed on to be a fair fifth over this trip off 2lb higher. Worth a second glance.
Won here penultimate start last campaign over extended 1m3f but has appeared to just as effective at this trip. Hasn't run for nearly 10 months but has twice won after a break so market confidence would be a hint in itself.
All three wins have come on the AW and has raced just twice on turf. Went very close here though over 1m when beaten just a nose in April last year. Unexposed on this surface and better for recent outing where kept on late. Each-way possibilities.
First-tme visor applied having gone close for second time in three starts when just touched off over a mile at Goodwood last week. Won over this trip when trained in France and with yard in form should be thereabouts once again.

Quite a well contested handicap in which there are plenty with chances. Hackbridge hinted he may be coming to hand when staying on late on his reappearance and is now 2lb lower so can make his presence felt. Lady Reset is a fascianitng contender on her first run for David Pipe with the champion jockey an eyecatching booking, and both The Throstles and Zlatan have suggested they could be competitive here after fair efforts of late. TELL WILLIAM relished the step up to this trip at Newbury last time though and with his yard in good form may be the answer against more exposed rivals. If the visor works, Blagees Time is another who will be on the premises.
