Returned from a spell over hurdles at Newcastle recently, but was too keen there and well held. Drops 3lb and may be able to settle better with that run under his belt, but still has it to prove.
Dual 1m2f winner on good/fast ground, the more recent at Epsom last September coming when 3lb lower. Well held on his reappearance, but it was a similar tale last season, and he bounced back. Interesting.
Debut winner at Chelmsford in 2018 (1m, AW). Hasn't been able to improve much on that, but went close back at that track (1m2f) last September, when 2lb lower. Gelded ahead of this first run since October. Should be thereabouts.
Multiple winner at up to 1m2f, mostly on fast ground, but now around a stone below when he was at his peak in 2018. Needs to better recent efforts if he is to register win number seven.
Triple winner from 1m-1m4f, his turf success being on fast ground at Pontefract last season, when 2lb lower. Held back there on his reappearance, but he stepped up significantly on last year's return run, and he could go well this time.
Has won five of her 13 starts and picked up where she ended last season by adding another success on her reappearance at Newcastle (1m2f) recently. Still well treated here if she can repeat that form, and should be a contender again.
1m2f winner (good) in this code at Chepstow last June, when 4lb lower and with Sir Michael Stoute. Added a hurdles success since joining this stable and wasn't disgraced on his return to this code recently. 1lb lower, but more needed.
Won two of his first three starts on testing ground, when with Roger Varian, but lost his way for that trainer and has not yet regained it in two runs for this one. Can only watch at present.
Multiple winner at up to 1m2f (on good or slower ground when scoring on turf). Now on a 25-race losing run. Respectable effort when 1lb higher at Wolverhampton last time, but still needs to eek out a bit more to end the drought.
Sole win came over Epsom's 7f (good) when he was a juvenile. Could give him a squeak on his best efforts of the past couple of seasons, but it is on him to do the convincing by backing it up on the track.
Dual course winner, one of them over this trip, and both on fast ground. 2lb higher than the more recent of those, last August, and if benefiting from her recent reappearance here, she looks a big player.
1m½f winner here (fast ground) and has three other wins to his name at up to 1m2f, all from higher marks. Versatile with regard to conditions and wouldn't worry too much about his return run, as his record when fresh isn't great. Interesting.
Triple winner from 1m3f-1m4½f, and went close from today's mark at Newcastle last September. Well held on two further starts last season and not seen since October. Bit to prove on his return.

This looks to be an open contest, with Delph Crescent one who could potentially do better after a recent run, similar comments applying to Knowing, while Northern Lyte, Power Of States and Aiya are others who could be involved. However, the suggestion is COLONY QUEEN, who has been well placed to date and may still be ahead of the handicapper.
