Forecasts

Taramansour (2/1), Memorabilis (11/4), Verdon Gorge (9/2), Camelot Rock (8/1), Delphi (8/1), Phoenix Cowboy (14/1), Calavera (20/1), Self Assessed (20/1), Druid's Altar (33/1), Lady Ironside (33/1), Custers Mistake (40/1), Mona's Star (50/1), Gibson Desert (50/1), Royal Marksman (200/1)

Verdict

Trainer Dermot Weld can saddle the Aga Khan-owned TARAMANSOUR to get off the mark for connections at the fourth time of asking. The Dansili colt has been running with credit in defeat in three career starts so far including on seasonal debut in a Leopardstown 1m2f maiden earlier this month. The Aidan O'Brien-trained Memorabilis is the clear and obvious danger now the Galileo colt enters his second year on the track. Delphi looks next best of those with experience while Calavera for the Ger Lyons yard and the Joseph O'Brien-trained Druids Altar look the pick of the newcomers.
  1. Taramansour
  2. Memorabilis
  3. Calavera
