Underwhelming since winning at Lingfield for today's jockey last April; slowly returning to that winning handicap mark but latest runs are far from encouraging.
Two wins from 25 career starts on the Flat; has won at this track but that came back in 2016; has been running some fair races over hurdles most recently but difficult to make a strong case for in this contest.
Consistency not her strong point but she did win over 1m6f here back in December; nowhere near that form last time out, only highlighting how in-and-out she is, and others make more appeal.
Just 2lb higher than when winning over course and distance last July; failed to build on that including being tailed off on a couple of runs; not one to rely upon but could prosper if others fail.
1-8 on AW, having scored at Southwell (2m½f, Fibresand) in February; looked in need of the race in recent run at Newcastle; should be fitter here and could go well if things drop right.
Has been distinctly average since returning from a long break in November including when finishing last of 11 when last seen in February; hard to make coherent case for currently.
Has become unreliable these days but did put in a fair effort last time at Lingfield (2m) when putting in some excellent work in the closing stages from today's mark; a repeat of that and a little more luck in running gives him every chance.
Still a maiden after 13 starts but has been knocking on the door for a while now and her time will surely come; step up in trip may be the key for the mare and is one for the shortlist in this weak contest.
Last seen down the field in valuable handicap at the Cheltenham Festival; makes his first AW for five years and is lightly-raced on the Flat; hard to assess at present and market likely to be best guide.
Had been generally consistent over hurdles except for two below par runs; not beaten too far over inadequate trip when last seen on the AW; first try over this trip on the Flat; interesting contestant.
Handicap hurdle winner in October but not the most consistent; lightly-raced on the Flat and difficult to know what to expect; positive market vibes would be interesting.
Course and distance winner and generally reliable over the course of his long career but has possibly become unreliable of late; handicap mark gives him a chance and worthy of further investigation.

Although still a maiden, this looks a fair opportunity for REASSURANCE to get off the mark at the 14th time of asking. The mare has shown a useful level of consistency throughout her short career including at this track last time out. This step up in trip should suit. Uncle Bernie is a little inconsistent these days but still retains ability and if everything falls right for him he has the ability to beat the majority of these rivals. Hen tries this trip for the first time, if finding it to her liking then she has the ability to be involved in the finish.
