Created a really good impression on Chelmsford debut in November when overcoming the worst draw to make a winning debut despite running green. There must surely be more to come and second, third and fifth have won since. Interesting prospect.
Sent off 33/1 for Newbury good ground debit over 6f in September but belied those odds by making just about all to win a shade comfortably. Yards runners normally come on for the experience and runner-up won on next outing.
100,000 gns foal. Dam unraced. Related to a modest winner for Lisa Williamson from 6f to 1m2f. Eyecatching jockey booking so market watch needed.
Similar level of ability in both maidens over 7f and needs to improve plenty to trouble the principals with handicaps after this the likely way forward.
From a family David Elsworth knows very well. Half-brother to several winners in these colours plenty of whom were smart performers though all ideally needed a longer trip, though interesting newcomer all the same.
No promise on Pontefract good to soft debut last autumn but was prominent in the market so plenty more was clearly expected and one to note in the market here.
28/1 for good ground Doncaster 7f debut last August but no immediate promise when 11L eighth of 13. Gelded since and only of interest if the betting tells a positive story.
First foal of dam who won six races in these from 5f to 7f so trip looks ideal but this looks a hot race to be making her debut in and yards runners usually come on for the run.
12/1 when 5L eighth of 14 on debut here last backend though that form has taken several knocks. Stable also represented by the newcomer Expedient.
Dam was a winner over 1m3f and three of her offspring have won races but all over 1m plus so 6f on debut today looks on the sharp side so others make more appeal.
No obvious sign of ability in pair of maidens at huge prices at the start of the year and not hard to look elsewhere.

The pair of previous winners carrying a penalty both looked decent types on debut last autumn and clear preference goes to ITS A GIVEN who did very well to win from stall 14 at Chelmsford looking as though the experience will certainly bring her on. That form looks a touch stronger than the Newbury win of Theotherside. The fact that Total Distraction was short in the betting on her only run suggests she mist be capable of better and she is worth keeping an eye on.
