C&D winner but losing run goes back to June 2018. Good effort on latest start at this track last month over 5f and likely to be more of a force stepping back up to this trip.
Continues to run with credit in defeat in a number of starts since October. Distance winner the son of Frankel has hit the frame over C&D previously.
Course winner that has also won over a similar trip. Running well in defeat in five starts since the turn of the year including a couple of decent efforts over C&D. Strong place claims.
Winner of three of his 27 starts on an AW surface but is yet to get off the mark at this venue despite hitting the frame on a couple of occasions from three starts over C&D. Chance with blinkers back on.
Course winner with wins over this trip on three occasions. Well held off a 1lb higher mark over C&D last month and appears to have a mountain to climb here.
Second of 10 beaten 2½L over C&D in January before running well in defeat once again over a similar trip at Wolverhampton. Needs things to fall his way now running 9lb lower than last winning mark.
Without a win for 12 months with the gelding well held and never a factor in four starts on the AW since the turn of the year. Remains a concern the gelding is now racing 22lb lower than last winning mark.
Running well in defeat in a number of starts since December without getting his head in front. Likely to go well again but now races 9lb lower than last winning mark.
Still quite lightly raced for his age but last two races over 6f/7f both been positive with close calls at Kempton and more recently at Chelmsford last month. Open to plenty of improvement.
Ran as well as could be expected on return to action following an absence of 12 months at Kempton last month. Needs to back that effort up here.
Continues to run with credit in defeat in four starts since December including a head defeat over C&D in January. Interesting from bottom of the weights now 9lb lower than last winning mark.

Our Man In Havana (7/2), At Your Service (4/1), Highland Acclaim (7/1), Tarseekh (7/1), Distant Applause (7/1), Indian Affair (7/1), Bernie's Boy (8/1), Tawaafoq (9/1), Mont Kiara (10/1), Delagate The Lady (12/1), Mercers (20/1), Ask The Guru (33/1)
With a record of a win and two place efforts over C&D from eight starts over the combination, BERNIE'S BOY can build on a couple of rejuvenated performances at Chelmsford and at this track last month. The seven-year-old is racing 20lb lower than last winning mark and won't have many better chances to get back to winning ways than this event. Tawaafqq who has been running well in defeat in a number of starts since December without getting his head in front and Tarseekh who has hit the frame over C&D recently can once again give a good account. Distant Applause and the popular C&D winning veteran Indian Affair should not be written off too easily.
