Made a likeable handicap debut at Lingfield (1m) two starts ago, beaten ¾L into third but ran a shocker at Wolverhampton (7f) last time, finishing last. That was too bad true and he retains potential but has questions to answer upped three furlongs.

A promising debut for this yard two runs ago at Lingfield (1m), finishing second beaten just a neck. Ran poorly over C&D last time, however, trailing home last of eleven. Needs to bounce back from that.

Dark Angel half-brother to smart 7f/1m winners Secret Ambition and Royal Marine. Hasn't shown a great deal in three runs (all 7f) but makes his handicap debut at a low-level after being gelded for a leading yard. Worth a market check.

Has failed to beat a single rival the last twice, most recently over 1m2f at Lingfield. Marked improvement required on handicap debut, and he is best watched unless the market suggests otherwise.

Showed a bit of promise on her second run at Lingfield (1m) but hasn't matched it in two runs since, including switched to a handicap over that C&D last time. Needs this longer trip to bring about improvement.

Still seeking his first win despite being in good heart and form of late with his last four starts filling the frame. That form has been over a mile but has kept on well, especially last time, and deserves to win a race off this mark.

Didn't offer much in the way of promise in four starts as a juvenile (all on turf, 6f-7f) and ran an even poorer race over C&D on handicap debut 25 days ago, beaten 24L. Cheekpieces added but that might not be enough to transform him.

Turned out quickly to finish third at Lingfield (1m4f) after showing drastic improvement on previous form to finish second on handicap debut at Kempton (1m3f) three days previously. Drops in trip but has shown fair form of late.

Outran his odds when encouraging fourth at Wolverhampton on penultimate start but didn't handle the step back in trip when ninth in 1m handicap here in January. This trip may bring out the best in him but will need to. Cheekpieces added.

Half-sister to several winners and from a top-class yard but she's shown very little in four AW events over 1m (often ran green). No better in a handicap last time off a lowly mark; requires major improvement.

Forecasts

Sharney (9/4), Bad Attitude (3/1), Camouflaged (7/2), Fair Warning (6/1), Seventeen O Four (12/1), Love My Life (25/1), Just Norman (25/1), Ever Amber (25/1), Peace Treaty (28/1), Zero Limits (33/1)

Verdict

Plenty of these haven't shown a great deal of form so far and it's best sticking with those that have. Fair Warning is stepping up in trip after a series of good runs and should be involved once more but preference is for BAD ATTITUDE who has shown drastic improvement in his last two runs. He has shaped as though this slight drop in trip would suit and he is the selection. Love My Life stayed on well over a mile two starts ago at Lingfield and can make the frame if putting his latest effort behind him.
