Has achieved nothing in six starts to date and impossible to recommend on all known form.
Has shown very little on each of her five starts and showed next to nothing on her return in a first-time hood (retained) at Kempton last time; wide draw not ideal.
Only win in 18 starts came on his second career outing at Chelmsford back in 2017. However, he's been going close in recent starts and has to be a player at this level.
Barely beaten a rival home in four runs to date and impossible to recommend here after another dismal effort on handicap debut at Kempton last time; wears first-time blinkers.
Tailed off on all three starts in novice company. Returns from an absence on AW debut here with poor claims.
Tailed off on each of his first three starts but was prominent in the market at Chelmsford last time. However, failed to beat a rival home there and hard to recommend drop markedly back in trip; wears first-time blinkers.
Well beaten on each of his first five starts but it was an improved effort when dropped into a C&D seller last time; each-way claims again if building on that.
Beaten a long way in a trio of novice events to date. Steps up in trip but hard to recommend on all known form.
Struggling in novice company towards the back end of last year but it was a better effort when runner-up at Kempton on handicap debut; seemingly didn't handle Southwell last time but may bounce back.
Hinted at ability on handicap debut and put in an improved effort when runner-up at Southwell on Tuesday when sporting first-time blinkers (replaced with first-time visor). Yard in form and the one to beat.
Barely beat a rival home in three turf starts this summer, tailed off on each occasion. AW debut and hard to recommend.
Just about her best effort yet when sixth of 11 here on handicap debut last time out; will need a bit more here but still lightly raced at least.
Forecasts
Watheer (7/4), Stormy Bay (11/4), Knockacurra (13/2), Jen's Lad (11/1), Where Next Jo (11/1), Oasis Song (16/1), Mercurist (16/1), Itoldyoutobackit (20/1), Twentyonered (66/1), Double Coffee (80/1), Auntie June (100/1), Handful Of Gold (150/1)
STORMY BAY ran a creditable race at Southwell on Tuesday and provided the three-year-old doesn't find this coming too soon, he could be the one to beat in some first-time headgear. Of the older horses, Watheer looks a threat after some recent promising performances. Oasis Song is another to consider in a very winnable heat.
- Stormy Bay
- Watheer
- Oasis Song
