Won for the second time at this venue earlier this month landing a 1m handicap off a 7lb lower mark. Fourth of 14 beaten over 3L on sole start over C&D last month.
Winner of two of his 18 starts over C&D. Continues to run well in defeat in a number of starts at this venue since the turn of the year. Could be in with a chance racing 6lb lower than last winning mark.
Mixed bag of efforts at this track for new connections since the turn of the year. Decent effort over C&D earlier this month finishing fourth of 14 runners and not to be taken lightly.
Backed as if defeat was out of the question in December over C&D off a 14lb higher mark. Running well in defeat in a couple of starts last month. Likely to give a good account once again.
Winner of one of his eight starts over C&D but the gelding has proceeded to hit the frame on a further four occasions. Could easily improve for first-time blinkers.
Hints of a return to form last month finishing a neck adrift of the first and second at this venue over 6f. Worth a market check stepping up in trip.
Solid and consistent sort won for the second time in his career when landing a 7f handicap at this track in December off a 6lb lower mark. Beaten since but continues to run his race.
Not disgraced in five starts here since returning to this track in September. Third of 14 beaten ¾L at this track over 6f last month and the C&D could benefit from the step up in trip here.
Winner of one of her six starts over C&D with the mare continuing to run with credit over the combination in a couple of starts since December. Remains open to improvement.
10-race maiden. Pushed along from halfway on stable debut over C&D last month making no impression on the leaders. More needed with a couple of better handicapped sorts lurking.
First Reserve: Two-time winner at this track including a win over C&D from 10 starts over the combination. Continues to run well on defeat and one for the shortlist here.
Third Reserve: Five-race maiden not in love with the game. Refused to race at Cork over 7f in September before slowly away at Navan over 5f when last seen in October. Not one to place a great deal of faith in.

If the Denis Coakley-trained MUNFALLET grabs an early lead from stall five in the early stages of this contest the winner here seven days ago could take some pegging back. The nine-year-old can get the better of C&D winners, Beleaguerment, Comhghairdeas and Dance Alone to collect his third win at this venue. In a wide open contest it would come as no surprise to witness big runs from Ticks The Boxes and Lilys Prince.
- Munfallet
- Beleaguerment
- Dance Alone
