Won for the second time over C&D when landing a 3K handicap by a short head on Friday, first start following a wind op. Another bold show likely from positive draw.

Never nearer in a couple of starts at this venue last month, both efforts over 7f. Drop in trip and first-time blinkers unlikely to be enough to get the gelding back to form currently racing 9lb lower than last winning mark.

Winner of two of her seven starts over C&D. Running with credit in a couple of starts at Wolverhampton and Newcastle last month and could be worth a chance back here back on attractive mark.

Forecasts

Krazy Paving (15/8), Watheer (5/2), Indian Affair (4/1), Poppy May (8/1), Alba Del Sole (16/1), Wild Flower (20/1), Caso Do Lago (20/1), Rebecke (25/1), Ask The Guru (33/1)

Verdict

The wind-op appears to have been a significant benefit for the Olly Murphy-trained KRAZY PAVING to win for the second time over C&D on Friday. The eight-year-old can continue his run of form in this contest at the expense of Indian Affair who ran an encouraging second of 11 beaten ½L over C&D earlier this month. C&D winner Poppy May and Watheer for trainer Roger Fell can compete for the minor honours.
