Dangerously handicapped (drops into a Class 5) on the assumption that he can rediscover some positive form; however, most uncharacteristically he has struggled on the AW this winter (0-4) so that must be a major concern.
In fine fettle since late October, winning three of his last four starts at this track (6f-7f); offered a 5lb rise for beating Big Lachie by 2¼L latest; while that's far from punitive his wide draw (12) isn't quite so helpful.
Seeks the four-timer following wins here and at Lingfield (6f-7f); hasn't been winning by a wide margin, which has aided his connections from a handicapping perspective (raised 10lb for those three wins); should remain competitive.
Useful strike-rate on the AW (5-16), although it is acknowledged that those wins have come at Kempton (6f-7f); held no chance with the winner (Ghaith) when runner-up over C&D on Boxing Day; trainer saddles three runners.
Adores Wolverhampton and has been a grand servant to Mel Brittain over the years (14-110, inc 10-57 AW); justified favouritism at Newcastle on his penultimate start; went down fighting to Critical Thinking here latest; raised 3lb.
Initial promise for Rebecca Menzies (Newcastle winner) but arguably found himself plenty high enough in the weights as a result; should eventually become more competitive for Michael Herrington; others preferred tonight.
Won three times for John Butler over 7f on the AW during the course of 2017 (Chelmsford x2 and Kempton); scarcely seen in competitive action since late 2018; fourth over C&D on first start for Sean Curran five weeks ago.
Bravely took the scalp of the in-form course specialist Lucky Lodge when winning over C&D 12 days ago; theoretically has more to do from a 5lb higher mark, yet on past Wolverhampton form (from 2018) remains attractively weighted; wide draw?
Twice placed for Karl Burke as a juvenile; hit the frame here at sizeable odds (33-1) on return from a 16-month absence (also his stable debut) three weeks ago; switches from a novice contest to a Class 5 handicap.
Progressive, enjoying a rich vein of form for Richard Guest at Newcastle (7f-1m) in late 2018; returns to action for the Malton trainer Brian Ellison off a 437-day absence; one to keep a close eye upon for the future; not for tonight.

Forecasts
Chookie Dunedin (7/2), Real Estate (4/1), Siege Of Boston (7/1), Soar Above (7/1), Plunger (7/1), Inaam (7/1), Lucky Lodge (15/2), Critical Thinking (17/2), Harry George (17/2), Thaayer (9/1), Call Out Loud (14/1), Mister Dependable (33/1)
An ultra-competitive handicap in which the waters are somewhat muddied by the presence of three John Butler-trained runners (Inaam, Soar Above and Plunger). Furthermore, it should be noted that Siege Of Boston (a former Butler inmate) sports the same racing silks as Inaam. The in-form Chookie Dunedin and the attractively weighted Critical Thinking (beat Lucky Lodge over C&D 12 days ago) have been done no favours whatsoever by the draw. Therefore, from a more favourable berth in stall three it's considered possible that the thriving REAL ESTATE can land the four-timer for Attwater and Havlin.
