Kitten's Joy colt out of a Maria's Mon mare. Ridden to lead inside the final furlong when winning on debut at Limerick over 7f when last seen in June. Looks an interesting AW debutante.
Starting to get the hang of things it appears with vast improvement acknowledge in his last couple of starts round here. Going the right way and worth a check in the market.
Dutch Art colt who was cheaply bought as a yearling. Down the field on debut in a Cork 6f maiden at Cork in August. Others look open to more improvement.
Camacho colt out of a Barathea mare. Half-brother to Crazy Stupid Love, winner at up to 1m1f/1m2f. Progressing well in a couple of career starts to date and a leading contender in this contest.
Colt by Epaulette of a Diesis mare. Closely related to three-time winner Expense Claim victorious between 1m2f and 1m3f, second in a Listed contest over 1m3f. Disappointed on debut in a 1m maiden at this venue last month finishing 12th of 14.
Colt by Toronado out of a Selkirk mare. Dam won on debut over 7f. Will look to improve on a pleasing debut over C&D last month.
Colt by Gale Force Ten out of a King's Best mare. Cost €3,000 as a yearling. Well beaten and no impression on debut run here over C&D in December.
Colt by Power out of a Titus Livius mare. Dam winner over 7f as a two-year-old. Not disgraced in a couple of starts so far latest of which came over C&D last month. More needed.
Six-race maiden not disgraced in a couple of starts over 1m here towards the end of the year. Not seen since November and improvement not out of the question in first-time cheekpieces.
Daughter of Muhaarar out of a Soviet Star mare. Impressive debut to finish second of 13 beaten ¾L over C&D last month. One for the shortlist in this company.
Down the field in three starts to date when sent off at big prices before running accordingly on each occasion. Others look far more convincing at this level.
Daughter of Dream Ahead out of a Raven's Pass mare. Nearer last than first in a 10 runner maiden over C&D on debut run last month. Easy to look elsewhere.
Forecasts
Crossfirehurricane (11/8), Orchid Gardens (13/8), Lansing (13/2), Harbanaker (8/1), Absolute One Right (25/1), Dutch Admiral (33/1), Shabra's O B (33/1), Power And Pace (33/1), Plugged In (40/1), Hisnameis Mrdevitt (50/1), Valley Of Dreams (66/1), Stellify (100/1)
The Mick Halford-trained ORCHID GARDENS can get off the mark for connections on just her second start following a solid effort over C&D behind Abby Hatcher last month. The daughter of Muhaarar can get the better of Crossfirehurricane for trainer Joseph O'Brien who can be expected to improve on her debut win at Limerick when last seen in June. Harbanaker ran with credit at this track last month over 1m and may appreciate the drop in trip while the experienced pair, Shabra's O B and Absolute One Right could go well at big prices.
