Three wins in 2017 saw him rated 92. Three runs since a 524-day break have yielded improving but moderate efforts. Beaten 11L into fifth at Wolverhampton (1m4f) three weeks ago suggesting he isn't a lost cause and market positivity worth noting.
Joined this yard for £30,000 after one start for Godolphin. Finished third on both runs for them here (1m2f/C&D), showing promise despite greenness. Assessor taken no chances on handicap debut but unexposed in comparison to most.
Now on his third trainer (same ownership); won off 8lb higher here (1m2f) in November 2017 but form has been downhill since then. Finished ninth of eleven on yard debut at Wolverhampton (1m1½f) last month and hard to be enthusiastic on recent form.
Career best effort on stable debut when winning over hurdles at Carlisle (2m1f, good to soft) three months ago, his latest run. Now 2lb below his last Flat win (March 2018), has won on AW before & can go well fresh; an intriguing runner.
Back on the same mark as when winning at Thirsk (1m4f) in August but his five runs since have been moderate at best. Tailed off on hurdling debut at Huntingdon (beaten 138L) last month and needs to bounce back to get involved.
Won three times in the spring for Brian Ellison but then put in two woeful performances. Returns with fourth trainer of his career but record fresh suggests there are others who are safer bets.
Recorded back-to-back wins at Musselburgh (1m4½f) and Hamilton (1m3f) respectively last year. Form has taken a dip since then, including on his latest start where he was tenth of 15 at Ayr (1m5f). Others appeal more here after 119-day break.
Missed the break at Wolverhampton (1m1½f) two runs ago but ran a cracker last time (second start since a wind-op) over hurdles at Catterick (1m7½f), beaten 1¾L into second. Has won here and 10lb below his last winning mark if transferring his form.
Had a good spell in 2018 for Lawrence Mullaney but has been out of form in nine starts for this yard, including over hurdles the last twice. Second run here since a wind-op but despite dropping in the weights, is best watched for now.
Has been in good form since August, including a C&D win three starts ago. Narrowly denied the last twice here (1m2f/C&D), most recently eight days ago. Creeping up the weights and has never won off a mark this high but likely to be thereabouts.
Losing streak now up to 25 since winning a Dundalk handicap in October 2017. Beaten over fences the last twice but wasn't in great form at Dundalk before that and others hold stronger claims.

A tricky handicap to open the card in which NATIVE FIGHTER will hopefully get us off to a winning start. He is fairly handicapped on his previous Flat form and posted a career best over hurdles when last seen; the break since posing no problem. It's hard to suggest we've seen the best of handicap debutant Ice Pyramid after just three runs and he is open to far more improvement. than anything else whilst Lopes Dancer should appreciate the return to this venue after not handling the Fibresand last time out.
