Despite having the disadvantage of a wide draw, SPLIT DOWN SOUTH has gained an affiliation with this track with some impressive victories and showed he was still on the up at Kempton last time. If he can get some early cover he could be well-suited to go well. Place claims can be made for Full Intention, who has also excelled over C&D and usually runs to his current mark. While the likes of Extrodinair and Sonnet Rose could be set to do better over this less demanding trip that they've been contending.
