Went close at Southwell (1m; standard) three starts ago when runner-up. Unable to back that up in two subsequent starts though, and he now needs to bounce back from a poor recent showing at that same track.
Holds a string of duck eggs beside his name since winning a Leicester (7f; good to firm) seller in July. This is a slight drop in grade, but he isn't sure to take advantage of after how he ran in a class five at Chelmsford (7f; standard) recently.
Losing run is beginning to mount up, however he took a step back in the right direction when runner-up at this track last month. Only had the two starts on the AW, so he has claims if able to build on recent effort.
Work to do to reverse the form with Onebaba who he finished seventh behind at Wolverhampton (7f; standard) last month. Only won a seller prior to that, so he is difficult to enthuse over given his overall profile.
Stamina to prove as she steps up to 1m for the first time (only ever raced over 5f/6f). Should get it as she is a half-sister to a 1m winner on the AW. Good effort when just missing out on third over 6f here last time out.
Loves it here (five-time course winner; 7f-1m). Just failed to make the placings when fourth over C&D last month. Subsequently been dropped 1lb for that, but he has still never scored off a mark as high as this one before which tempers enthusiasm.
0-9 but has gone close on each of his last two starts finishing runner-up in a claimer/class five handicap. Both of those efforts were on the AW. Must enter considerations when in such good form.
Irish-raider who is handed a weak assignment on stable debut. Showed more than enough on handicap debut at Gowran Park (1m; heavy) to suggest he could win a race of this nature. Major player and any positive market vibes should be noted.
Posted a more encouraging effort when runner-up at Wolverhampton (1m1f; standard) in August. Failed to back that up when finishing down the field at Chelmsford (1m; standard) when returned to handicaps. Lightly raced and could bounce back though.
Not looked like winning all season and posted an effort similar to what she has produced all season when fifth at Wolverhampton (7f; standard) in October. 12lb below last winning mark but doesn't look likely that a return to form is on the cards.
