Has been campaigned in Listed and Group company this season including Naas win in the spring. Now returns to handicap mark 9lb above last winning mark so probably needs to eke out a bit more improvement.
Possibly found 2m just beyond him at The Curragh on latest but had travelled well for a long way that day and this trip on soft ground could prove his optimum conditions.
Cheek pieces were on for the first time when he coped well with he drop down to 1m2f when scoring at Naas last Sunday, 7lb higher today but his earlier wins were at 1m4f so return to this trip will hold no fears.
Navan win back in the summer but although not disgraced, hasn't quite built on that in six runs since others look to have more pressing claims.
His two wins this summer were at 1m2f and on better ground and tailed off only previous go at this trip last time so stamina to prove.
Has had a busy campaign but proved very consistent with wins gained at Naas and Tramore but this a classier contest for him and others preferred.
Sole win gained in 2017 and out of her depth in Listed class last two runs. This more her grade but needs to take a step forward to double her career tally.
Good second at The Curragh in June on good ground but struggling of late on a softer surface and this ground may find him out again.
Front runner who may have gone off too hard last time but was building up a progressive profile prior to that and could get back on the up with few miles on the clock.
This was his trip when with Mark Johnston last year but his only start for present trainer was in April so presumably has had issues since.
Killarney maiden win in the summer and back on track after a couple of lesser efforts when fifth in valuable Galway handicap having had trouble getting a clear run. Lightly raced and should have more to come.
Clear of the remainder when 4L runner up over C&D a week ago and that confirmed his liking for soft ground so no reason why he shouldn't run his race again.
Really consistent since coming from France and another solid effort when bumping into a younger progressive filly at Newmarket and only 2lb higher now so should again run well.
Switch to front running has been the making of him and completed hat-trick when gamely making all in the mud at Listowel. This demands more under 7lb rise but connections have clearly worked out how to ride him and possibly more to come.
Form over all sorts of trips from 1m to 2m2f but 10lb higher than most recent win in the summer and others make more appeal.
Lightly raced on the Flat and does a win from three runs but following Downpatrick hurdles win, was below that form again last week and now return to the level.
Better known as a soft ground hurdler and three Flat runs haven't suggested a hot handicap like this is within her range from 9lb out of the weights.

Pearl Warrior (5/1), Halimi (6/1), Nessun Dorma (6/1), Inscribe (7/1), Future Proof (8/1), Melburnian (10/1), Legal Spin (12/1), Mujid (12/1), Lusis Naturea (14/1), Edification (14/1), Metier (16/1), Still Standing (20/1), Magnetic North (20/1), Upgraded (20/1), Lynwood Gold (33/1), Roseriver Has (33/1), Shekiba (40/1), Allez Kal (50/1)
A wide open contest and Pearl Warrior will have his supporters as he bids for a four-timer but this is tougher and it may pay to take a chance on the lightly raced MUJID who took a step in the right direction last time. Melburnian bumped into a progressive filly last time so is another who needs to be taken seriously.
- Mujid
- Pearl Warrior
- Melburnian
