Early season form and promise has leveled out coinciding with the arrival of soft ground. Well held and never nearer on latest start over C&D at the end of last month. Out of form since returning to action and hard to fancy.
Sole win from 10 career starts came here over 6½f on handicap debut. More negatives than positives coming into this contest and may find this a tough assignment.
Well held never threatening the winner in a couple of starts since winning a Limerick 1m handicap in June off a 4lb lower mark. Needs to show more sparkle before any faith is placed in him.
Solid and consistent sort in a number of starts over a similar trip in a number of starts this term since June. Major player here with conditions to suit.
Gutsy type who always giver her running. Can give another good account of herself with plenty in her favour here and cut in the ground conditions to suit.
Has failed to build on a seasonal debut win in a Leopardstown 7f good ground handicap off a 1lb lower mark in July. Vast improvement needed to figure.
Running well in defeat in a number of starts over the summer. Better than his most recent run at Killarney suggests and not one to be putting a line through just yet.
13-race maiden on turf. Not disgraced on a number of starts since June but hard to be confident looking at manner of defeats at Listowel and over C&D last month.
Nothing of note in four starts since winning at Gowran Park in May. First time cheekpieces unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.
Now down to a mark 23lb lower than a rating of 89 at the start of the season. Has gone off the boil in recent efforts and is hard to fancy.
Losing run now totals 29 and has not won since landing a Limerick 1m handicap off a 6lb higher mark two and half years ago. Faces a tough ask once again.

NJORD for the Sheila Lavery yard can land the spoils here with a number of conditions to suit the gelding here. The Roderic O'Connor gelding is in a fine run of form right now without getting his head in front. The three-year-old won on yielding to soft ground at Gowran Park earlier this year and has a couple of positive runs on a similar surface at Killarney and Galway recently. The solid and consistent Passing Trade can pose the biggest threat here, another who will benefit from the ground conditions. Distance winner Takeachancejimmy has finished runner up on three occasions since July and is worthy of further consideration.
