Highly regarded by connections and underlined his potential with a convincing C&D win nine days ago; more to come now entering the next phase and goes well for this afternoon's 3lb claimer. Unexposed with a solid chance on handicap debut.
Been consistent since winning on handicap bow (at Bath 5.5f, good to firm) in May but not yet added to her tally. A respectable effort on return from a break over C&D at the start of this month entitles her to respect in this company. Shortlisted.
All three wins on the AW gained at this course (two over C&D in summer) and is better than he showed when he failed to get competitive at Bath last month. Can bounce back on this favourable surface but not much room to move from the current mark.
Is effective on Tapeta but held in all three starts elsewhere since he won at Pontefract (good to firm) in July. Might have needed of the run when he posted a poor effort at Sandown last month but no obvious excuse last time; now has a bit to prove.
Three wins in 2019 and steady crept up in the weights; latest start when fourth in a competitive handicap at Ayr reads well and has solid place claims if able to better that performance. Will do well to nab the lead from a wide draw, though.
Won over C&D from this mark in June but made little to no impression in three starts since; connections opt to boost his chance at the weights with the booking of a 3lb claimer but it might still not be enough to see the gelding bounce back.
Been kept busy since she returned from a break earlier in the year and paid her way with two wins (both over 5f) and five placed efforts since May; been well supported in the betting on a number of occasions; one to consider again back on Tapeta.
Won over C&D three times during her time with County Down-based trainer Lee Smyth and has since added to her tally with a win on the Polytrack at Dundalk. Recently posted a solid effort on debut for her newest yard so still has to merit respect.
4lb wrong at the weights and not an easy task on these terms. Never yet won at this course despite numerous attempts and looks opposable with the losing sequence starting to gather momentum.
Posted a handful of near misses at this course in low-grade races at the start of 2019 but remains without a win to his name for over two years now. Hard to recommend from so far out of the weights and over a trip short of his best.
Not seen since finishing runner up to a 55-rated rival in a Class 6 handicap at Catterick in August; would still need great improvement and not hard to overlook from 11lb out of the handicap in this higher grade.
