Spirited Guest is an interesting one on his belated first run in a handicap; as he was backed off the boards when he won a decent looking novices stakes over C&D at the start of this month; and as he has plenty of scope, the gelding certainly has to be taken seriously if the money arrives to back-up his claims again. However, THEGREYVTRAIN is already a wily campaigner and the concession of 10lb looks a stiff ask of the top weight on his handicap debut. Show Me The Bubbly and Awsaaf are others who can go close if on song and are worth checks in the betting. The Defiant can also be thereabouts if the wide draw doesn't sap too much of his energy early-doors.
